Once you have finished exploring the park, continue to Brixham harbour, which is located a ten-minute walk away. Here you will find plenty to do from seasonal boat trips to neighbouring coastal resorts, to events, cafes and shops. Take to the coast path to reach nearby Churston Ferrers and Fishcombe Cove.

Having undergone a top to bottom refurbishment, this property boasts a stunning interior with a stylish blend of old and new throughout. Enter via a welcoming entrance hall, which opens into the light and bright lounge. With a coal-effect gas fire, coffee table, TV and DVD player, this is a serene and cosy space for unwinding after a long day on foot. Step down onto the lower ground floor to find a contemporary kitchen complete with electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Once prepared, enjoy meals at the farmhouse style table in the dining room next door, which seats six guests. Also on this floor is a handy utility room, which houses a washer/dryer, iron, ironing board and plenty of storage, together with an additional bathroom with shower over bath. On the first floor, the double bedroom enjoys pretty views over the town and benefits from plenty of storage space. The spacious family bathroom features a double-ended twin bath, the perfect way to unwind at the end of the day.

Patio door opens from the kitchen onto a south-facing garden with a table, chairs and BBQ, ideal for al fresco meals and drinks as the sun goes down. Off road parking available 500 yards from the property, within a private car port, which can be arranged directly with the owner prior to arrival at an additional charge.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

Nice dog friendly property (even had dog towels available to use!) and a short walk from the harbour. The main bedroom was comfortable and opposite a large bathroom. This would benefit from the ability to hook up the shower head, as it didnt we used the bathroom two floors below which has a fixed shower head over the bath. Clean, tidy, good condition, relaxing. A wonderful base to visit and explore Devon. Ideal for Brixham & Torquay. Well situated for easy access to Brixham and the harbour.

We visited little Cobden to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary and were attracted to the description & photos on the website. The cottage was certainly unique and we loved the bathroom. The only real drawback was the lack of storage in the bedroom. We were impressed how well stocked the property was, and could see a lot of thought has gone intoRead more it. We did not need an alarm clock while away as our seagull neighbours were quite vocal. Although we enjoyed our stay we feel we would prefer a sea view of we return to Brixham. Hide
