Located close to Little Shore beach in the popular harbour town of Amble, this property is the perfect choice for walkers and bathers alike. Amble is a bustling town with plenty to offer, including an excellent selection of restaurants, shops and cafes for stocking up on supplies or enjoying a hearty meal. From here, boat trips leave for nearby Coquet Island, which is rich in wildlife and stunning scenery. The popular market town of Alnwick is just 10 miles away and is home to an historic castle and gardens.

Inside, the accommodation has been tastefully refurbished in a seaside theme. The kitchen is modern and light with new appliances and plenty of workspace for preparing delicious meals. This room is open plan to the spacious lounge/diner, which has been decorated in warm tones with plenty of home touches. At the end of a long day, curl up on the comfortable L-shaped sofa, and make the most of the wood burner style heater, Freeview TV, DVD player and iPod docking station available. This property offers two light and airy bedrooms, one king-size and one double, which can also be made up as a twin. Each room has been tastefully decorated with antique furniture and coastal touches. There is also a tiled bathroom with overhead shower.

Outside there is a pretty courtyard with seaside-themed artwork and a table and chairs for enjoying al fresco meals in the sunshine. There is also free parking for one car outside the property with additional free parking spaces nearby.

Lovely cottage, very convenient for local shops, restaurants and beaches. Comfortable and cosy living room, comfy bed, just what you need after long walks.

Loved our week in Amble. Stunning walks from the door along the coast and inland. Also really convenient for walking to shops and into Amble itself. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped. The main downside was the lack of sound insulation from the flat upstairs. The flat is very well appointed and tastefully decorated. It is very clean and extremely comfortable. It is clean, well kept, warm and homely. The rooms are spacious with enough storage for the week stay. The only thing that could have improved it is a stronger WiFi signal and a smart tv for those wet evenings. Fantastic stay! Excellent location and facilities. Parking always available. Only thing we could say negative was the constant noise from people upstairs, especially if you have kids.

Overall an enjoyable holiday, Little Panhaven has a great location , lovely setting, two minutes from beach and five minute walk to shops and harbour. The locals were extremely friendly.

LOCATION WAS MORE THAN WE EXPECTED AS IT IS SUCH A UNIQUE SPOT . VERY CLOSE TO THE VILLAGE CENTRE AND EASY ACCESS. THE SMALL TOWN WAS CONSTANTLY VISITED BY US AND EXPLORED . PLUS WE FOUND NEW SIGHTS TO SEE THAT WE NEVER EXPECTED . CAR PARKING WAS PARTICULARLY CONVENIENT AND WE WERE VERY COMFORTABLE .

Lovely, cosy downstairs cottage, dog friendly. The house was nicely furnished, with all facilities required for a weeks stay. Location was super, within walking distance to the beach & the town. Definitely will be returning in the near future.

A perfect location for exploring the coast and castles. We had some fantastic walks. Also perfect for walking the dog. Thank you so much for the tray of treats and the milk for our first cuppa. These little things make such a difference. The only downside was the clog wearing people upstairs!

Perfectly situated for the harbour and Marina which has great eating places and lovely independent craft shops . The cottage is well equipped and well furnished with a high level of cleanliness. The welcome pack is a lovely gesture . There were Issues with heating on chilly nights particularly .and the lighting is poor, the photos show a light , brRead moreight interior but its actually quite dark however we did have a very enjoyable stay . Well equipped and comfortable. Was very clean.Welcome pack was a nice touch. Kitchen well equipped. Also appreciated the number of clean towels and tea towels. Ideal location if you have a dog. A good base to explore part of Northumberland we hadn't visited before.
