The region is teeming with a wealth of attractions to suit all tastes which include Tintagel with its legends of King Arthur and his knights of the round table, Launceston Steam Railway, the National Sea Life Aquarium and numerous National Trust properties and gardens to name but a few.

The kitchen area comes complete with an electric oven and hob, a fridge with an ice box and a microwave. The single bed contains a zip-and-link king-size bed which can be made up as twin singles on request. Nearby is a wet room-style shower room with WC. There is also a shared utility room with use of washing machine and tumble dryer is available.
Outside is a shared lawn and small patio area with seating ideal for dogs. Walkers can enjoy strolling the land or just simply relaxing on the shared lawn area and watch the fantastic sunsets at the property. Ample off-road parking is available.
