With walks direct from you doorstep this property is perfectly located to walk the South West coastal path. Take time to explore both coastlines from the rugged north shore to the picturesque south, with its ancient harbours and coves.  Within a short drive to many fine sandy beaches that adorn the coastline, including the ever popular Fistral, Crantock, Holywell Bay and Perranporth with its quaint shops and ice cream parlours. Take time to sample the fine restaurants and traditional inns in the local area, many with stunning sea views. For shopping days, try the cathedral city of Truro. Attractions in the area include the Lappa Valley Steam Railway, Screech Owl Sanctuary, Oasis Fun Pool, Lost Gardens of Heligan, The Eden Project and several National Trust properties.

Upon arrival, ramp access leads you to the main entrance. Enter into this lovely lounge/kitchen/diner, the fabulous kitchen area is fully fitted and has been thoughtfully styled for all your holiday cooking requirements with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The lounge area is just the perfect place to relax at the end of the days exploring, take time to relax and sink into the reclining sofas. Just off from the lounge/kitchen/diner at either ends of the property are the bedrooms. The master suite with a double bed with an en-suite shower and WC and a twin room that is both light, airy and spacious, with an en-suite wet room with shower and WC.

Heading outside take time to enjoy the large, fully enclosed private garden that is laid to lawn with BBQ and furniture. This property enjoys the added benefit of shared access to the sites main gardens that include a lake with seating and 10 acres of grounds, ideal for dog walking and spotting wildlife. Off-road parking for two cars directly outside the property. Please note this is a no smoking/vaping location and Dogs are not allowed to be left alone in the property, on the furnishings, bedrooms or beds, Please bring the dogs bed or crate.

  • 2 dogs allowed. Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week
  • There is an Accidental Damage Deposit of £200 when booking at this property, however this may be waived for £25. We’ll provide more details about this when booking your holiday.

We had a wonderful week in honeysuckle cottage, it is immaculately clean with quality fittings and is extremely warm and comfortable. The oven, dishwasher and washer drier are in perfect condition, with a good shower and useful night lights. Dawn and Richard really care that you relax and enjoy your holiday, with lovely scones, cakes , fresh eggs aRead morend milk to welcome you on arrival. Lovely place to stay, home from home and a good place to explore the local area. Owners made us very welcome and it was a nice touch with homemade scones and cake on our arrival. Would definate recommend.

Our stay at Honeysuckle Cottage was amazing. The cottage was immaculate and comfy, the dogs loved the large enclosed garden, as did we. Dawn and Richard were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Dawn made cakes, scones, homemade jam and clotted cream for our arrival, even going to the trouble of making a gluten and dairy free one for myself aRead morend my daughters partner. Our stay was enjoyable in every way. The attention to detail of the owners was second to none in terms of preparation of the property. The large enclosed garden, which in this case it really is, is a big bonus for dog owners such as ourselves. The promise of enclosed gardens in our experience does not always manifest itself in reality.
