This beautiful home is positioned in 'The Bay' on the ever-popular East Yorkshire Coast. It is just 2 miles south of Filey, a popular seaside town which offers an assortment of restaurants, cafes and amusements. Learn some new skills and enrol in the surf academy or explore the coastal and cliff walks. If you’re looking for a busier spot, head over to Scarborough (10 miles), where you can find the historic 12th-century castle, open-air theatre, with many performances and boat tours along the coast spotting local wildlife.

Enter through the front door and into the large hallway, which is great for hanging coats and storing sandy flip-flops. The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is the perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring and activities. Sit back and unwind in front of a film or cook up a feast and enjoy a family dinner. The kitchen is well equipped and ideal for preparing a picnic for a day at the beach or creating a hearty meal. There is also a handy WC on the ground floor, whilst the main bathroom can be found upstairs, equipped with overhead rainfall shower. Both bedrooms are spacious with ample storage – the first is a lovely double room whilst the second is a twin.

From the dining area, throw open the double doors onto the patio. Here, you can enjoy a morning coffee on the garden furniture or sundown drinks. Beyond the patio are a boules court area and lawn shared with fellow holidaymakers. There are a number of shared facilities on site, including an indoor heated swimming pool, gym, spa, tennis courts, a dog-friendly pub, pizza restaurant and takeaway, a children’s playground and a five-a-side football pitch.
