Conveniently situated in the village and close to the historic Georgian port as featured in the Poldark TV series, where there is much to see and do. Within walking distance you can discover The Tall Ships at Charlestown a perfect place to relax on the historic quay where time has stood still. Carlyon Bay has a fabulous coastline with some lovely walks, sheltered coves and traditional fishing villages including Fowey to the east and Mevagissey to the west. Attractions in the area include The Eden Project, The Ship Wreck Centre, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Poldark Mine, St Michaels Mount and National Trust properties including nearby Lanhydrock house.

Welcome to this fabulous property, upon arrival stairs lead you to the lounge/kitchen/diner. This wonderfully styled central hub has been flawlessly furnished with a continental twist that has luxury in mind. A great place to relax at the end of the day or gather for that pre-meal chit chat. The kitchen area consists of an electric oven with gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The lounge benefiting from superfast broadband and with a Smart TV is the perfect place to relax, sink into the sofa before watching your favourite movie. Just off from the lounge/kitchen/diner can be found the bathroom with shower over bath and WC styled with quality fixtures and fittings to complement the property. The property boasts two bedrooms, bedroom one is a twin room finished in a cool neutral palette. Bedroom two is a double which is decorated in a chic French style with TV and en-suite shower room with WC.

This is an excellent place to stay. The accommodation is well planned and the furnishings and equipment very well thought out. The location is ideal, on a quiet cul-de-sac with lots of interesting places close by, nearest being the historic harbour and the Shipwreck Treasure Museum. The Eden Project, Wheal Martyn Clay Mine and Bodmin Jail are all wRead moreithin a short distance and not to be missed. I would strongly recommend this property. Hide

This is a welcoming, comfortable, well equipped apartment in a quiet residential area. Charlestown is a lovely small village with plenty of places to eat and has a small shingle beach. We would not hesitate to recommend the apartment, though probably not to people with small children, as there is no outside space and there's a large freestanding miRead morerror in the living area. Lovely, clean apartment that is within walking distance of the harbour. It is in a quiet residential area with good access to facilities for groceries as well as some lovely gift shops. Eden Project is a short drive away. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
