This stunning apartment offers a perfect seaside escape for two. Just moments from the beach and located above the popular St Leonards promenade with is wide range of cafes’ and independent shops, this is a great place to relax and unwind

Located just a short walk from the St Leonards seafront, this apartment is the perfect choice for couples looking for a quiet seaside getaway. The Hastings pier is within easy level walking distance and provides endless entertainment, while the bohemian shops, galleries and cafes of Norman Road are also close by. Eastwards beyond the pier is the bustling centre of Hastings including the Old Town which boasts quirky streets with a wide range of pubs, restaurants and shops, and a short drive will bring you to many areas of outstanding natural beauty including beaches, wineries and National Trust locations as well as beautiful walks and traditional English pubs.

The apartment is on the lower ground floor and is accessed via 12 stone steps leading down to a cool pebbled courtyard with flowering baskets. Beyond the immediate entrance there is a cloakroom with WC and wardrobe for coats and shoes. The hall widens to an open area with desk and chair, should you need to work whilst away. Straight ahead is the kitchen which includes an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer and all the basic cooking essentials as well as space to sit for breakfast and light meals. From here there is a view of the sea from the glass door that leads into the patio garden. The attractive and spacious lounge/diner is a great place to relax, with original wooden flooring, restored fireplace, comfy seating around the Indian rug and Smart TV, and with a dining table and chairs over looking the patio garden and sea. A glazed door from the lounge offers extensive sea views and access to the private patio garden with original steps down to the extensive lawned garden. The king-size bedroom is elegant and bright with window shutters, and French style armoire furniture, and the property is completed with a bathroom with metro tiles, a rain shower over the bath and WC.

Step out of either the kitchen or the lounge into the enclosed patio garden. With a patio table and chairs overlooking the lawn and sea views beyond, this is a peaceful spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening drink. There is unrestricted roadside parking subject to availability.

Lovely apartment, a good size, everything there I could think of, well kept and clean, kitchen well stocked with all appliances, beautiful rear aspect overlooking the sea, the only issue for me personally was the parking in the street, there no designated parking space, but the apartment more than made up for that.

This is a lovely apartment, well looked after and very pleasant to stay in. Being able to see the sea from the sofa is very special. It had all of the necessary amenities to support a successful visit to St. Leonards on Sea, Hastings and Bexhill. I have already recommended to many of my friends.

Cottage was lovely with sea view and in a good location it was difficult to park outside on the road and sometimes had to park and walk quite a way back.

What a wonderful stay we had! A perfect summer staycation. We loved being a stones throw away from the sea and so close to Hastings pier. We were so lucky to have such a gorgeous garden too. The cottage was clean, comfortable and perfect for what we wanted. I would definitely recommend a stay here and I am sure we will be back soon.
