The property is in a lovely spot but very overlooked by the adjacent one. The two decking areas to the rear are very close together - not much privacy. Access is via a very bumpy track that is quite tricky to negotiate at one point where it bends sharply and falls away towards the beach. When we arrived (Friday), a large digger was parked across thRead moree track where it divides into two. It didnt move until 0730 on Sunday. Meeting other vehicles along the track was challenging. This is an ideal spot for a relaxing break, although the track to the hut was a bit bumpy. We were looking for a quiet place we wanted to be able to walk the dog and also be able to get around easily, this was ideal. Clean, cosy, quiet and ideally situated on the estuary for long walks. We would love to go back again when my husband is more mobile.

We had a really lovely time in beautiful Llansteffan, and Mayfair was a perfect base - cosy, comfortable and close to the beach. Loved it.

Really lovely cottage and in a great location for the beaches. Road leading to the cottage can be a bit bumpy and daunting at first. Great to see loads of rabbits as well.

I can sum up our break in Mayfair simply - were so sad to be home! Mayfair is a little gem of a thing, hidden away near the beach in a lovely rural location surrounded by amazing wildlife. My husband and I (and the dog!) wanted a few days away from the rat race to recharge our batteries and just relax. This place was perfect. We will be back!
