The cottage is situated in lovely, scenic countryside overlooking the coastline and surrounding cliffs. We absolutely loved our stay and it helped us switch off and relax completely. We enjoyed walks around the area and there are some nice places like Wigtown, and Port William not far away. Steam Packet Inn does amazing food Hide

Love the location, total peace and quiet. The garden is great for being outside at anytime and weather permitting and a small moon allows great views of the night sky. There is a lot of local wildlife to watch at all times. It is worth noting that if the fire is used that the log supply will only last around two days and buying small bags is expensRead moreive. I would note that access needs to be taken carefully as the track is not a road. Hide
