Stunning seafront apartment, enjoying breath-taking views over the expansive beach at Westward Ho! Just a short walk to pubs, shops, and restaurants.

This superb property with sea views, sits in a fabulous location right on the beach at Westward Ho! This family friendly beach offers an amazing two miles of golden sands and is also popular with surfers. The North Devon Surf School is practically on your doorstep if you fancy trying your hand at riding the waves. At the far end of the beach, Northam Burrows Country Park is a quiet oasis, and makes a lovely place to enjoy walks among the sand dunes. Also, within easy reach of the property, if you can tear yourself away from the beach, are the fishing villages of Appledore and Clovelly, the harbour town of Bideford and the popular Milky Way Adventure Park. The  property can be accessed via the internal staircase or the lift.

On entering the property, the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is dominated by the large windows which look out to sea, and offers comfortable sofa seating, TV/DVD and access out to the spacious patio. Behind the lounge area, there is a dining table with seating for four, beyond, is the kitchen area which is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Also, on this floor is a separate WC which can be found off the hallway. The stairs lead up to the first floor landing area with a handy utility cupboard with washer/dryer. There are two bedrooms in the apartment, the first of which is a king-size with an en-suite shower room and WC, the second bedroom is a pretty twin. There is also a bathroom with shower over bath and WC.

Outside, the property benefits from a spacious balcony which enjoys uninterrupted views across the beach and out to sea. Here, guests will find garden furniture, perfect for enjoying al fresco dining or relaxing with a drink as the sun sets. There is allocated private parking for one car in the underground car park (lift takes you to the ground/first floor) additional parking in the gated car park at the front of the building.

We had a fab holiday here, Westward Ho! is lovely and the apartment was excellent. Everything you need is in walking distance and meant we had a chilled out relaxing holiday. 10/10 definitely be back!

Fabulous flat a home from home, plenty of room and very very comfortable. Stunning sea views. Venue ideal, underground parking and flat secure. Quiet but shops and restaurants accessible. Great base to tour from with less than 30 mins drive to fabulous North Devon coast and sites. Great holiday.

A modern clean apartment which great views from the lounge. Near to the shops and the beach in Westward Ho! Good underground parking and easy access to the apartment. The bedrooms overlook a new apartment block that is under construction but the works seem all internal and so we were not bothered by any undue noise. We would however stay again.
