This cute and cosy property is perfect for a couple's retreat relaxing in the heart of the Warwickshire countryside, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, with lots to see and do nearby.

Located in a small valley, in the village of Lighthorne and is within walking distance to the local pub. A great spot for those searching for a peaceful holiday or wishing to explore Warwickshire and the surrounding counties. Walkers will have a choice of walks nearby, plus cycling routes or perhaps admiring nature in the open fields. When it comes to exploring you will be spoilt for choice, if you fancy a day exploring a National Trust site you have Charlecote Park, Upton House and Baddesley Clinton. Within a short drive is the British Motor Museum and slightly further afield is Leamington Spa, Birmingham and Stratford-upon-Avon. The location is prime, with everything so close by you will need another visit to fit it all in.

The property is set in the owner’s grounds, where privacy is assured. Upon entering the property, you are welcomed into a bright and airy hallway, the perfect place to store away those shoes and dog leads after a countryside walk. To the right of the hallway is a separate WC and to the left is the well-equipped kitchen which has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and ample space to prepare meals. From here head into the large lounge/diner where you’ll find two comfy sofas, a TV and a dining area positioned perfectly towards the back garden. Open the French doors, let the outside in and enjoy the views as you dine or relax. Upstairs on the first floor you will find the spacious bathroom complete with hand-held shower over bath and WC. Opposite the bathroom is a spacious double bedroom, with fitted wardrobes, and plenty of space to relax and get ready before heading on out.

The rear of the property looks onto the owner’s garden, however the left-hand side is yours, where you can enjoy a cold drink on the paved area, admire the countryside or even go alfresco and cook on the charcoal BBQ, please note this area is not enclosed. There is off-road parking for two cars to the front of the property.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
