Lovely setting right on the beach and within walking distance of local pub, fish & chips, Chinese takeaway ( do deliveries) and Michelin star gastro pub, the Sportsman. Managed to cope with the loft ladder but it is just that, a ladder. Fantastic views and great to sit out in the garden watching the world go by.

We had a wonderful stay, albeit a bit windy. It's quiet and the position offers lovely 45 minute walk to Whitstable and drive options . Comfortable and equipped well. Must be aware of ladder access to bed and not easy to go up and down, explained when booking but make note! Super little space .
