We stayed for a wet & windy week in Nov 2023 & totally switched off. The cottage is well equipped & home from home. Very clean, cosy & warm, plenty of room, everything you could possibly need, a short drive to the town or A30 if you're venturing further away, walking into Hayle was about 20 minutes. Hayle is well situated and has all the shops you'Read morell need, the beach is lovely, nice and long like Perran. We have no hesitation recommending the cottage & the welcome goodies were a lovely touch. Hide

I have been coming to Trenhayle Barns every year for almost ten years now. Sometimes I come twice in a calendar year. Why? Fabulous location for walking on the South West Coast Path, clean and an extremely well presented property and very good value. Needless to say I have already made another booking for 2024!

Been coming here for a number of years now and love it. Peaceful and not far from the pub in St Erth. Nice welcoming pub and the locals are a friendly bunch. You can easily catch the train into St Ives as there is a station in St Erth and you don't have to worry about parking when visiting.

A lovely comfortable cottage with all the equipment needed for a great stay. The location is handy for Lands' End, The Lizard, Minack Theatre and lots of beautiful beaches. The train journey from St Erth to St Ives is very scenic. This small complex of 4 cottages is a real gem and we hope to return in the near future.

What a lovely property this is. So beautiful and comfortable, it was a pleasure to stay there. It is maintained to a very high standard and it shows, the care and attention to detail are second to none. We loved the location, easy to get to many popular places as well as off the beaten track hidden gems. Communication with owner very good too.
