Lovingly and tastefully styled fourth floor apartment for two, situated directly opposite Eastbourne’s main beach, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and bars just minutes away.

This property enjoys a central location in the traditional seaside resort of Eastbourne. Lying just across from the apartment is the town’s wide shingle beach, which gives way to sand during low tide and offers visitors the opportunity to enjoy a spot of sunbathing or local water sports. With breath-taking sea views overlooking the pier this is the ideal place from which to watch the annual Eastbourne Airbourne Show. A little further down the beach is the lifeboat museum and historic Wish Tower. Keen walkers will enjoy exploring the many footpaths located on the South Downs and there are a wide range of local vineyards, breweries and Castles and gardens to enjoy just a short drive away.

Stairs from the main entrance lead up to this fourth floor apartment which opens onto a pleasant hallway where there is space for hanging coats and dropping off sandy shoes. Then up to the front of the apartment, a door leads straight through to the beautifully finished lounge/kitchen/diner which is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy spending time. A comfortable lounge area offers two sofas (one being a sofa bed which can cater for two adults or two children) arranged in front of the Smart TV, where you can relax and take time to catch up on your favourite programmes, or enjoy listening to music on the DAB radio with Bluetooth speaker. There is also an acoustic guitar available for guests to play. The kitchen/diner is equipped with everything you may need for creating a delicious meal and offers an electric oven and induction hob, fridge, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine, and dining table with seating for four. The apartment offers a romantic double bedroom and the property is completed with a shower room with double shower and WC.

There is restricted local roadside parking subject to availability, for which a permit for one car is provided (subject to availability and to be requested prior to arrival). There is a large multi-storey car park five minuets away in Trinity place that can also be used for parking (local charges apply).

It was a beautiful apartment in a good location. The only negative really were the stairs which we hadnt thought about when we booked it. Apart from that the apartment had everything that you would need.

Lovely views from top floor period building overlooking the pier with gorgeous sea views. Modern flat with new furnishings and interesting artwork. Welcome basket with delicious chocolates and bottle of Prosecco was much appreciated. Seaside walks in both directions and short drive or hike to Birling Gap and Seven Sisters. A good location opposite the pier giving panoramic views. Be aware, however, that you need to climb 69 steps from pavement level to the fourth floor so if you have issues with stairs this might not be the flat for you. The flat itself is well laid out and very well equipped with all you could need during your holiday.

The Christmas tree was a welcome touch and we really enjoyed our stay. The welcome basket is also a nice idea. The views are lovely when you walk into the living room and the layout works well. No dishwashing liquid or tabs provided but we just bought our own.

Really lovely apartment which has been refurbished this year. Very clean and all appliances working well. Only a couple of negatives - hamper did not include bread and butter, the milk provided was out of date and we had a quarter of a roll loo paper for a week! Other than that, beautiful property with amazing views!

As with any holiday place, the cleaners always seem to forget to vacuum under the table or under any sofas. They also had decided that toilet roll wasn't important and I had to go and buy some. Not a big problem but not ideal. The flat was great, the welcome basket a nice touch. I would visit again and use this property.

Lovely apartment with outstanding views over eastbourne seafront. Ideal for short self-catering break especially if sheltering from "coven-crowds" and well placed for day trips to surrounding resorts or beauty spots. The apartment is however on the fourth floor so take the stairs slowly.

We couldnt recommend this apartment more highly to any couple looking for a coastal break in the UK. Perfect location, fantastic views and really well-furnished. The decor inside is lovely, and theres some great little guides inside to help make your stay extra special. Parking was easy and theres a Tesco round the corner for any supplies you need.Read more Next time we head to the south coast, well look to stay here again no question! Hide
