The light and spacious accommodation has ONE bedroom: double with TV. Shower room: downstairs with WC. Lounge: with woodburner in inglenook fireplace (first basket of logs included), TV/DVD and Freeview. Kitchen/diner: well-equipped with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, coffee machine, fridge with ice compartment and washing machine. Utility room: with freezer. Outside: with enclosed seating and lawn area to the rear of the property. Bike store. Amenities: parking available locally, a weekly ticket can be purchased from the car park. Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
