A lovely cosy cottage in the centre of Presteigne, a lively small town. This made a great base for walking and exploring in the Marches, it had all the necessities after a good day outdoors! The local knowledge from our host was fantastic and really useful.

Miranda is a perfect host and it was a pleasure to stay in her cottage. She was available if we needed her and she was extremely helpful but was also able to give us privacy when required.

A lovely little cottage in a quiet courtyard. Parking is a bit tight but manageable you must reverse in. Had everything we needed and we had the best nights sleep, such a big bed. The town is very pretty and the local are is stunning. Would definitely come back.

Small, basic but comfortable cottage with immediate access to high street shops, pubs and eating places (when open). Nice non touristy town with a sense of community. The cottage didn't have many leaflets of things to do so we tried to leave some as there are a range of places to visit and walking routes. Parking requires the car to be reversed thrRead moreough an archway into a specific space. It got easier as the week went on! Hide

The cottage was smaller than we thought it would be from the photos but it was lovely and cosy in a lovely location. The hosts were very welcoming and the personal touches were really thoughtful.
