Providing the perfect escape for anyone who enjoys the nature which the Yorkshire Coastline has to offer. The property proudly sits on a cliff top location along a private road with just a handful of neighbours.

In the spring and summer time the cliffs host internationally important numbers of breeding seabirds. The stunning scenery provides a backdrop to many enjoyable walks. The beaches of North and South landing offer some fantastic rock-pooling, or why not take a tour of one of the local lighthouses, visit the Living Seas Centre or enjoy a sea fishing trip. Explore a little further afield to the popular seaside towns of Filey, Bridlington and Scarborough. Further south Beverly Minster, Sewerby Hall and Gardens, Humber Bridge, and The Deep at Hull offer a wealth of interest for all to enjoy with Hull being awarded the 'Capital of Culture 2017'.

The accommodation offers ONE bedroom: super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into a twin on request) with TV. Shower room: with shower and WC. Separate WC, on the ground floor. Lounge: on the first floor , with TV/DVD. Kitchen/diner: with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Outside: patio area with seating overlooking a large grassed area shared with the owner. Amenities: off-road parking. Bed linen, towels, electric and central heating included. Regret no smoking. 1 dog welcome. Additional info: regret no children under 8 years. Wi-Fi is available however the speed and connection can be intermittent depending on the weather. Regret no washing machine. Location: beach, shop and pub within walking distance. A holiday at this location is best enjoyed if you have access to a vehicle.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

The cottage was very well equipped, we were given a wonderful welcome.The scenery is beautiful , with lots of nice walks and easy access to all the East Coast.

The cottage is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with a nature reserve to the rear and a view of the coast to the front. It is a dog walking paradice but there is plenty to do if you don't have a dog with easy access to the holiday resorts along the coast. HIGHLY RECOMENDED.

This holiday home is designed to suit two people, and it does its job very well. We and our dog were made very welcome and we were comfortable and happy for the entire holiday. We had access to the substantial garden. The stunning views and clifftop walks are just minutes walking distance away, and much of this can be viewed from the lounge window.Read more I have never been to the east coast before and my god it is beautiful. Puffin Place is a superb place for 2 people. It is very clean and comfortable (a lovely large bed!) and equipped with everything you need (although there is no washing machine if you were staying for a long break.) We do not have a car but still found the location ideal. It is only a few minutes walk from North Landing or Thornwick Bay and the coasRead moretal path, yet there are 2 pubs that serve food also only a few minutes walk away. It is also on a bus route (to Flamborough village and Bridlington) Hide

Having stayed in a number of holiday lets on the yoorkshire east coast, then in terms of the care, attention to detail, helpfulness, spontaneously offered by the Owner then this/ "Puffin Place" must take pride of place as being the number 1.

We had a wonderful, relaxed week, with lots of walking and lovely meals in hotels and restaurants in the immediate vicinity!!! The property was really lovely and peaceful; and we cannot wait to go back!!! Nick the owner was so friendly and helpful; nothing was too much trouble.
