A luxury coastal retreat tucked away in a small cul-de-sac, within level walking distance of the beautiful beach of Westward Ho! with two miles of golden sandy beach and amenities a short stroll away making it a great base for a family holiday. Located in this picturesque seaside village known for its beautiful beach and unique pebble ridge which links to Northam Burrows Country Park. The beach offers lots of free entertainment for children whether it is looking in the rock pools, playing in the surf, building sand castles or flying kites. The village also has an array of restaurants, bars, shops, cafes, amusements, and a championship golf course. Nearby attractions include The Big Sheep and The Milky Way.

Entering the property into the hallway, where the separate WC is located, is the perfect place to kick off your shoes and wipe down your paws. To your left is the magnificent kitchen/diner which is the perfect backdrop for catching up whilst cooking up a storm in the remarkable kitchen area. The kitchen offers an electric oven and induction hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. Heading on through the property you enter the stylish lounge area which allows you to sit back and relax amongst the rich, soft furnishings and watch your favourite programme on the Smart TV or enjoy a good catch up with friends. You can also gain access to the enclosed rear garden area via the patio doors. After a long day by the sea, head up the stairs to the first floor where you will find two well-dressed bedrooms, a king-size which boasts a Juliet balcony that offers distant sea views, a TV and an en-suite shower and WC, and a beautiful twin bedroom with TV. Here you will also find the main bathroom which consists of a shower over bath and WC.

Venture outside into the enclosed rear garden, which offers a patio with garden furniture and BBQ as well as a gravelled area with sun loungers. There is allocated parking for two cars.

Highly Recommended! Westward Ho! in April is perhaps not the best time to visit, but staying at this property certainly made a welcome cheer to the end of some damp days. In the summer-time when better weather should be expected, this accommodation is an absolute corker. We'll be visiting again without doubt.

A really lovely house in a quiet cul-de-sac which is very well presented. Everything was spotlessly clean and the garden is very secure for dogs. It literally takes 5 minutes to walk to the wide sandy beach and Westward Ho! has everything you need including a great selection of shops, pubs and cafes. The house is pretty, very clean, modern decor, location great in a pretty residential quiet cul de sac, only a short walk to the beach and shops. A downstairs toilet and en-suite was great. Really enjoyed our stay at Queens Close, great location, a real home from home. However, we chose this property specifically because it had two bathrooms, and on day one the shower in the en-suite flooded, as the drain was blocked. I did call the number I was given for help and was told they would fix it while we were there but no-one ever came rouRead morend and we were stuck with one bathroom all week which was inconvenient. This was a great holiday let really close to all facilities plus beach at Westward Ho. 2 cars had to be parked one behind the other which wasnt a problem to us as only used one car in the main. Nice small garden with comfy chairs and good size lounge. Tall people have to be careful in the bedrooms due to the eaves. Good restaurants at Bideford and Read moreAppledore. Hide

We had the most wonderful week, the accommodation was perfect couldnt have asked for more. Location was great everything was in walking distance and the dog beachs was perfect for our lovely dog Teddy! Lovely drive to Appledore and Instow, which had another amazing dog friend beach and a lovely restaurant. Couldnt recommend enough!

Nice Modern two Bedroom House, I with En-suite, cant fault it, probably the best accommodation weve had very very good location private yet near to all amenities by foot. Walked to Appledore from Westward Ho a must do for all if you can. Slept very well, Beds really good, all appliances high quality Bosch manufacture.

The PERFECT Peaceful escape, an immaculate home that is warm and welcoming for you and your dogs. Very short FLAT walk into village, where everything you could need for your perfect vacation. Really didn't want to leave could have easily stayed for another week. We came down to visit our son, but decided to rent so that he could come and stay with us in Devon for a few days. This is a really warm, well situated and welcoming house in an excellent location to tour the surrounding areas. The house was well stocked and it was very, very dog friendly rather than other places which tend be only dog tolerant.

Location of this property is perfect, easy walking distance from the beech and all the amenities of Westwood Ho has too offer.The property was excellent very comfortable with a well equipped kitchen and the owners even thought of what our dog needed! the attention to detail was first rate! This was our fourth stay in Westward Ho! having previously stayed at Braddicks and a property up near Buckleigh. This was by far the best of all, and in a perfect location for walking into Westward Ho! Extremely quiet in a residential area, you can get everywhere from here. We wouldn't hesitate recommending this property!

The property is modern & provides plenty of room. The equipment was all in good working order & the location is perfect for the nearby beach. The garden lacks grass (not ideal for dog owners) but we were able to overcome this & the garden is otherwise perfect. We will stay again.

Amazing property in a lovely position in Westward Ho. It has everything you could positively need. So comfortable and cosy. Loved the underfloor heating and was scrupulously clean. The dog loved it to. Thanks for scones and cream etc. Lovely surprise.
