Head to the high street and discover a variety of independent shops, pubs and restaurants, or wander down to the pretty harbour where you will find Verity, Damien Hirst’s famous sculpture. Tunnels' Beach is also just a short stroll away and here you can enjoy a drink or ice cream in the sun. Alternatively, further sand and sea can be found just a short drive away at Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton, all offering excellent surfing opportunities. Walkers can enjoy exploring the nearby South West Coast Path and Exmoor, both offering stunning scenery. We had a great week in the apartment It is well appointed and very comfortable. There were 4 of us (2 adults and 2 children) and there was plenty of space for all. The apartment is well presented and very clean. Great location and very comfortable. Clean and tidy we wanted to stay longer. The parking space was great as parking on the road is tight. Easy access to beach, park, shops and supermarket. We would definitely book again. Ilfracombe is very dog friendly so we felt very welcome Thank you for a lovely week

Basement apartment - very clean, extremely quiet, comfortable. Well appointed, great sofa, comfy beds, good quality bedlinen, huge towels provided. There was cleaning equipment, washing up liquid, spray, sponges/cloths too. Easy to pick up the keys, car park bit of a tight squeeze round corners for a larger vehicle but doable. Regent apartment was a joy to stay in. The location is really handy for the seafront. It has been very nicely renovated and well equipped. It was a really comfortable stay for 2 adults and 2 children. I would highly recommend.

Very modern apartment with excellent cleanliness. With it being a basement apartment there is not much natural light. We couldnt use the dishwasher towards the end of our stay as it was tripping out the electric. The owner came and got the power back on and Im sure that issue has now been resolved. Beautiful spacious apartment, freshly renovated when we stayed and super clean and fresh! Very quiet and peaceful at night time and very handy for high street convenience stores and restaurants. Would definitely recommend, and hope to return!
