Property was very comfortable and well equipped. Although the garden isnt fully enclosed, when speaking to the owner, prior to arrival, as we have a dog, there is provision to enclose the garden if you so wish which was reassuring and which we took advantage of. The view is fabulous and the peace and quiet was welcomed. A lovely rest.

A really lovely property! Very comfortable accommodation with great views over the estuary. After a day out it was perfect to sit on the veranda in the sun with a drink. Within easy walk of beach, shop and restaurant.

A lovely comfortable house in a great location (dont let talk of the hill put you off. I hate hills but this was not a problem). We would definitely stay again.

I would recommend this property and I hope to return. The location was perfect for us, we enjoyed the short walk to the beach and the walk up hill on return was worthwhile because it meant we had lovely views across the bay from the property. The home was clean and spacious. The owner stayed in touch in case of any issues (there were none) and leftRead more a welcome gift, which was appreciated. Instow has a decent beach, several good places to eat and a deli type shop. Good walks. Hide

Bungalow is very spacious, in a great position, only a couple of minutes walk to the beach. Please note though that the garden is not enclosed, although is advertised as such. Not ideal for dogs and regrettably means we would be unlikely to return.
