An amazing, well looked after bungalow. Which is located on a steep road. Parking is on the street which can be a challenge sometimes. Would highly recommend.

Lovely holiday home and a great location, away from the hustle and bustle of paignton beach but 10mins walk from Goodrington sands (our favourite). Good local transport links. Paignton zoo just round the corner and the Steam train forms part of a stunning view from the outside decking. Spacious modern cozy bungalow close to the c and the zoo walking distance to splashdown. Pleasant terrace garden with apple and plum trees.

We had a lovely stay at Sandytoes. It is in a great location, we didnt use the car much as everything we wanted was within walking distance. I would say its on a hill with quite a few steps so people with walking issues may struggle. We found the house very clean and immediately felt at home. The equipment is very good; we cooked a lot ourselves. The shopping facilities are within easy reach by car. The supermarket near the zoo even offers fresh fish. Around the house there are several levels to sit and enjoy the sun or walk down to the beach. Sandy Toes is in an ideal spot, well located for spending time in Paignton and Goodrington or getting out and about to other resorts. The accommodation was spotless, well maintained and comfortable. We had a great time and am sure we will return.

We would highly recommend a stay at Sandy Toes in Paignton, this was our second holiday here. The house is spotlessly clean, light, airy, well equipped and in a quiet area but only a short walk from the sea. The garden has three levels and you can see the sea and the passing steam trains from here. We were delighted with the chocolate, wine and floRead morewers left for our arrival and the attentiveness of the owner and the caretaker of the property. A very well-appointed and comfortable house with all the amenities you could want - good kitchen, washing machine, barbecue, TV with streaming services, terrace with a good view, modern decor, very comfortable. The house is an easy 10 mins walk to the beach and has plenty of parking. We had a great time, would recommend!

Such a beautiful bungalow. It was perfect for our holiday with young children. So many things to do nearby. Property exceeded our expectations, everything we needed and more. So clean and well equipped and the owner was so helpful and accommodating.
