An amazing location, a two min walk to main centre and stunning view over the harbour. We had bother with a neighbour playing music and shouting in apartment next to main bedroom, was a bit distressing but owner did attempt to resolve, the walls just very thin. The apartment obviously a work in progress as its an old building, kitchen was good and Read morereally well stocked but overall decor a bit patchy. Try the panoramic walk up hill behind, path opp down to quiet beach and cycle path to Dolgellau Hide

The views are great. The back rooms are very dark because they back into the cliff. The master bedroom is massive with views.

The views are lovely and property too but it has issues with a lot of noise from the apartments above and from the busy road 24/7. Getting on and off the drive to will also not be to some people's liking as it's tight for even a saloon size car

The flat is very spacious and well appointed. The view from the lounge and main bedroom means the TV is redundant. Barmouth itself is a nice little town with good access to walks and transport, and has a good range of restaurants. Would certainly recommend it

We have stayed here three times now & have booked again for next year. The view from the living room & master bedroom is outstanding & this alone is worth a stay. There are lots of lovely walks from the property which is situated on a hill.

Cottage very spacious with excellent views across the bay. Easy walking access down the hill to the town and to walking route across Barmouth rail bridge. Car parking for one car at front of building, remainder of parking at rear of building, was quite a trek to get to, up a steep hill.

The views from lounge and the main bedroom were wonderful and the location was good for a quick walk down into Barmouth. We loved the area for its beautiful coastlines and mountains. The walk along the Mawdach trail was gorgeous.
