Located just off the seafront in the bohemian part of St Leonards above an art gallery, this apartment is the perfect choice for couples and families looking for a classic seaside getaway, with all the modern luxury comforts. Step outside the front door and be greeted by a parade of contemporary galleries, quirky cafes, and independent shops selling everything from hip homeware and vintage furniture to haberdashery and dog treats. Both Hastings Pier and Hastings Old Town are within easy under 0.25 miles and provide endless entertainment and just a half-hour drive will bring you to several National Trust properties, including Bodiam Castle and Batemans, and beautiful gardens such as Great Dixter House and Gardens and Pashley Manor Gardens.

Leave your shoes, buckets and spades in the small hall before continuing through to the lounge/diner with a separate kitchen overlooking the sea. There is ample seating on the comfy sofa and chaise longue for all, or curl up in the armchair with a good book in front of the open fire. After a busy day down at the beach, enjoy catching up on your favourite programmes on the Smart TV with a DVD before whipping up a delicious meal in the French-inspired kitchen which has a real vintage chic feel with open shelving, electric oven and hob, washing machine, microwave and fridge. Gather everyone together for relaxed family meals at the dining table which has a fantastic sea view. The apartment offers two bedrooms: a king-size with an additional day bed that can be made into a single and a twin room. Lovely quirky apartment, views spectacular, lots to do in Hastings, lovely walk along the prom. Parking a bit difficult, but overall an amazing place

Pleasant stay in a very good location. Balcony with space for a table and chairs with a great view of the sea was a plus. Appartment could do with less clutter, especially furniture.

Absolutely fantastic views of the sea from the balcony, very peaceful and relaxing holiday. Very clean and tidy rooms with lovely decor. Would highly recommend. Looking forward to our next visit.

Great flat with fabulous views of the sea. I've never been so happy to do the washing up! Spent a blissful time on the roof terrace reading and watching the sea. Really comfortable beds.

We enjoyed our stay and loved the flat. The decoration is quirky and wonderful, the furniture comfotable and the kitchen is welk equipped. Only the parasol on the terrace could not be opened and should be mended or replaced.

This is a beautiful flat with spectacular sea views, near to beach and fab independent shops/cafes and loads of great charity shops. We loved the art work and interesting furniture, and feel of space with high ceilings, and the flat is very well equipped. Needs new sofa seating to be comfortable for more than 2 but it really was a brilliant holidayRead more home. We were lucky with parking, and were able to park right outside all week. Apartment in good location with great views from the balcony. Accommodation well equipped and comfortable. Finding a space for parking can be a problem but we always managed to find somewhere not too far away.

This is a lovely flat - super comfortable and in a great location. The balcony has far-reaching views and is much bigger than the pictures give it credit for. All in all, a brilliant flat!

The flat is beautiful in a lovely location. Be aware that parking is difficult outside so be prepared to walk from other locations. Warrior Square for example is not too far away.

Flat was lovely and in a great position with a marvellous view of the sea. However parking was difficult we were not lucky enough to find a spot nearby so loading and unloading at the start and end of the holiday meant a few trips up and down the road carrying out luggage

We loved this holiday flat with its sea views from the kitchen windows and the balcony. It is decorated beautifully in a bohemian, shabby chic style with gorgeous arrangements of art and furniture. Beds were comfortable and theres plenty of equipment for cooking on evenings in. We even found a pair of binoculars and the males in our family enjoyed Read morelooking at ships in the distance. As we were lucky enough to enjoy a very sunny, hot week, the coolness of the flat was really welcome. Hide
