Located in the historic former royal burgh of Cullen, on the wonderful Moray Firth coast. The area boasts a spectacular unspoilt coastline with numerous sandy beaches and costal tracks to explore, including the cliff tops overlooking Cullen bay. The house is less than 50 metres from sandy Cullen Beach, and it's a few metres along to the harbour for boat trips into the bay, and a variety of water sports. The village centre is 400 metres around the corner from the house with a range of shops and cafes where you can sample the tasty local delicacy Cullen Skink – a potato and smoked haddock creamy soup that the village has become famous for. Cullen Golf course is half a mile along the coast path, and you can continue along the grassy path right to the impressive Fiddler's Bow Rock on the headland. For a change of scene, return back via pretty Portknockie village and follow the disused railway line back to Cullen over the towering viaduct with spectacular views over the village, sea and to Bin of Cullen. Look out for the famous Moray Firth dolphins which are regular visitors to the bay. Any keen hikers wishing to conquer the hill can walk straight from the house to the summit, which is about an 8-mile round trip, or park up near the top and climb up and back down in about 3.5 miles. Don't miss a stop at the Cullen Bay Hotel on the way back, for a bowl of soup, or a well-deserved pint with more amazing sea views.

A beautiful cottage in an idyllic setting. Everything was catered for and the flowers and biscuits were a lovely flourishing touch. The Moray coast was truly magnificent and we were even blessed with good weather. We would love to come back again.

lovely cottage in a great location. would not be suitable for mobility restricted people as stairs to bedroom are steep and narrow but we found it an excellent home from home.

We had a delightful stay at Sea Neuk. Very clean and comfortable. The bed was super comfortable and at night we drifted off to sleep to the sound of the sea crashing against the harbour wall. A very special place to spend our 25th Wedding Anniversary. Highly recommended, thank you to our hosts for the lovely welcome gifts as well.
