Fantastic, sumptuous, detached cottage that benefits from beautiful sea and countryside views with spacious mature enclosed gardens with a fire pit and fantastic hot tub to unwind in.

Nestled in a wonderful rural position with splendid sea views over the Angus coastline. Close to Carnoustie, stop by its championship golf course or if you’re a water sports enthusiast, enjoy windsurfing, canoeing and sailing in the large shallow sandy bay. Visit the fantastic Crombie and Monikie country parks (both within 7 miles) with woodland walks and water sports to enjoy. Travel 14 miles to the Broughty Ferry or the historic town of Arbroath, famed for the Arbroath Smokie, with its splendid abbey, harbour, sandy beaches and stunning sandstone cliffs; or visit the vibrant city of Dundee with its excellent shopping and leisure facilities including the V&A museum. Explore the splendid Lunan Bay, nearby Angus Glens and Cairngorms National Park, within 25 miles, perfect for all outdoor pursuits.

Step inside this luxurious period cottage into the beautifully decorated hall, the perfect place to store your outdoor clothing, through to the light and bright open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Relax in the sumptuous lounge after a day out exploring the splendid local area and watch a movie on the smart TV, listen to your music on the Bluetooth sound bar or just sit back and enjoy the stunning sea and countryside views. On those cooler evenings light up the lovely roaring wood burner and enjoy cosy nights in. The kitchen is the perfect place to cook up a storm with an electric oven and induction hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. There is also a comfortable dining area to enjoy romantic or family gatherings with beautiful countryside and sea views to admire. Continuing back through the hall you are met with two king-size bedrooms with smart TVs. One with an en-suite bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC and the other with an en-suite shower and WC. Finally, completing this wonderful property is the handy utility room with a washer/dryer.

Absolutely lovely cottage, was just what we needed, the outdoor space with the enclosed garden was great for the dog - side note, ensure the smaller gate at the side of the property is closed before letting excitable dogs off lead to run crazy! lol The hot tub is great, the log fire burner inside is great, we really enjoyed everything about our staRead morey and wished we couldve stayed longer. The cottage was lovely! The owners were very nice/helpful and couldnt do enough to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. Well definitely be back :)!

Absolutely loved our holiday stay at Seaview Steading. The peaceful rural setting, complete with hot tub and fire pit, is just what we wanted. The cottage itself is immaculate, beautifully presented and very comfortable. The owners could not have been more welcoming and were always available should we have needed any assistance.
