Lower-ground-floor studio apartment with its own private seafront patio, right on the water’s edge in the popular North Devon town of Ilfracombe, within walking distance of the town’s amenities.

This property enjoys a wonderful seafront location in the harbour town of Ilfracombe. The town has plenty to offer holidaymakers, so much so that some may prefer to leave their car parked up and spend the days wandering the towns streets, browsing the shops, sampling the local seafood, relaxing at the beach, perhaps taking a boat trip from the town’s harbour, or paying a visit to the interesting aquarium. For those who want to explore a bit further afield, the surrounding area is rich in attractions and places of interest including Lynton and Lynmouth, Heddons Mouth, and the spectacular beaches at Saunton Sands and Croyde.

This apartment is set right on the cliff edge, and is approached by a flight of stairs which takes guests to the lower-ground-floor accommodation. This being a studio apartment, guests will find everything they need contained cleverly in one living space, which is dominated by the spectacular views out to sea. In one corner of the room, the kitchen area is well-equipped with an oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher. The lounge area is at the heart of the space and has a folding dining table, a comfortable sofa, Sky Q TV, a DVD, CD player, and iPod dock, as well as providing the perfect space to enjoy the views across the patio garden to the sea through the patio door. The double bed folds down at night from the wall, meaning it can be stowed conveniently out of the way during the day. The property has a contemporary shower room with a WC.

Outside, there is a fantastic enclosed patio garden to the rear of the property, which is a pretty shingled space with attractive plants and a table and chairs from which to enjoy the uninterrupted views of the sea. A parking pass is provided for a car park which is just a few minutes’ walk from the property.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Superb 7 day stay, everything was in place for our needs, the small secure courtyard that backed onto a great rock/sea view was brilliant for the two small Yorkie dogs we had with us to wonder in and out of the cottage. Loved Ilfracombe, apartment was cosy and everything was there that you needed . A bottle of prosecco was provided which was enjoyed sitting out garden looking at the sea . Lovely view from garden and lots of birds and plants to see .Didnt want to come home .

The owners thought of everything.. some lovely touches, like milk in fridge, tea, coffee, sugar, even treats for my dog! plus..a bottle of wine as a welcome!! It was absolutely faultless! No hesitation in recommending.
