This smallholding has pigs, sheep and cattle which can be seen by arrangement. An ideal spot for those looking to explore the whole of Devon, with central access to both the north and south coasts, Exmoor and Dartmoor. Rackenford itself is close by, with pub, shop and Post Office. Walkers can join the Two Moors Way, Exmoor and Dartmoor or other attractions worth a visit include Wimbleball Reservoir, historic Exeter city with its museums, leisure facilities, restaurants, high street shops, cinema and theatre. Alternatively, Tiverton Castle and canal, the Grand Western Horseboat, Crealy Adventure Park, are all worth a visit.

Stepping into the smaller of the two apartments, you are immediately greeted by a comfortable open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. In the lounge area you can relax after a busy day exploring the area and put your feet up on the reclining sofa and watch your favourite film on the Smart TV/DVD or listen to the DAB radio. If you decide to stay in and cook, the kitchen area, is well-equipped for those keen cooks who want to whip up a three course meal or a quick lunchtime snack on the electric oven and hob, microwave. A fridge and dishwasher are also available. At the end of the day head through to the attractive double bedroom that has a conveniently located shower room with shower and WC.

Heading outside there is a fenced garden area with patio overlooking the fields, an ideal spot to sit, relax or enjoy a BBQ as well as a shared suntrap courtyard. There is off-road parking for one car.

Cosy cottage in a lovely situation. The owners had thought of everything and were very friendly. The highlight of our stay was visiting their piglets.
