This delightful property has been lovingly fitted and furnished, is perfectly situated close to the heart of the vibrant fishing town of Brixham and provides a great base for couples and small families alike.

Brixham itself is renowned for its pretty harbour, a perfect spot for enjoying water sports or trying your hand at crabbing, offering a choice of beach and boasts an open air sea water lido at Shoalstone. Surrounding this is an assortment of colourful cottages housing seafood restaurants, cafes, shops and pubs. Head out and explore the rest of the English Riviera with an abundance of sandy beaches to explore, or just taking the foot ferry to Dartmouth or Torquay. Step inside this stunning second floor appartment, which benefits from off-road parking to the front of the property, is approached via a flight of steps from street level where you will find all of the accommodation conveniently arranged on the one level. There is a useful area to store coats and boots after a day exploring, and from here the hallway leads through into the living space. The fabulously sociable lounge/kitchen/diner boasts sea glimpses, a Smart TV and DVD and two sets of French doors which lead out onto a glass fronted balcony with seating. Here enjoy a leisurely breakfast before heading out or relax on the comfy sofas with a good book at the end of the day. Also perfectly appointed is the kitchen area which includes a breakfast bar, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and also a washing machine. The apartment was actually lovely, great to have parking in Brixham which is a must for us, have been coming to Brixham for over 20 years now

A great property in a great area - easy to access the town. lovely balcony views. The beds were really comfortable and property is well maintained. Would love to go again in the future

Sulima is a perfect place to spend a holiday. It is well equipped and very comfortable. Although the bedrooms are road side it is very quiet. Beds are very comfortable. Balcony is a lovely place to sit in the sun, or in an evening overlooking Brixham. The property was spotlessly clean. A perfect, relaxing place.

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment. Its well furnished and very comfortable. The veranda is fantastic with great views and a sun trap for most of the day. We were very lucky with the weather as it was great the whole week. There are some lovely restaurants and bars within walking distance.

Lovely and quiet off season. Great views from apartment. Owners very helpful and quickly responded to any questions. Didnt mind the steps or walk down to harbour, saved driving and lots good restaurants to eat in.

Sulima is an excellent property located on a quiet road in Brixham. It was well equipped, very comfortable and clean. The balcony was a lovely place to sit in the hot sun overlooking the town. The fact that it had a parking space was an added bonus as parking in Brixham is at a premium.

This apartment is beautifully presented, has modern conveniences and is well positioned for access to town. Critically has a parking space. The nearby Fishcombe Cove is walking distance and a hidden gem. Love Sulima, have been twice and will return.

Sulima is a very well presented and comfortable apartment and the views over Brixham are lovely both by day and night. The cake, wine and milk on arrival a nice touch. Parking was also very welcome as the streets are very narrow and the apartment opposite a school so without it there could have been issues. The climb to the apartment is quite challRead moreenging even for seasoned walkers like us. Its a shame the adjacent apartments to the right of the property are not so well presented . Hide

Sulima is a lovely apartment.its very comfortable. The equipment there is great.. everything you could want in the kitchen...not 1 thing that we were missing. You could cook up a full banquet if you wanted!! Furnishings, beds etc all in great condition and very comfy. The bathroom is very nice with a big walk in shower.. plenty of storage for all yRead moreour stuff too. All in all a great place to stay Hide
