Nestling on the outskirts of Newquay, you will find some of the country's finest beaches within an easy stride of your front door. The town centre is also just a short walk away and offers a vast selection of shops, restaurants and pubs to suit all tastes. Visit some of Newquay's all year-round popular destinations from Newquay Zoo, Waterworld, Blue Reef Aquarium and Dairyland and many more. A short drive will take you to Watergate Bay, popular with surfers and kite surfers.  Other attractions and places of interest close by include the Lost Gardens of Heligan, the Eden Project, Boscastle and Padstow.

Stepping into the property a spacious entrance halls leads to a lovely light and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Here cosy leather sofas sit in front of the TV/DVD, the perfect place to relax at the end of a busy day exploring, French doors provide access to a delightful enclosed balcony with seating and countryside views. The contemporary kitchen is well-equipped and offers an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. On the sea side of the property, two fabulous bedrooms are provided, one double with en-suite shower and WC, and a twin. There is also a bathroom with shower over bath and WC.

The outside space comprises of a lovely small balcony with seating and views across to the fields beyond, a perfect place to enjoy a relaxed drink in the sun. The property has private off-road parking for one car and additional roadside parking can be found nearby.

A nice functional apartment with sea views over rooftops (in the bedrooms only). Great location for Fistral beach and walkable into Newquay town centre. Think mention should be made that there is no lift to access this third floor apartment - access is by several small flights of stairs - not a major problem to us, but would be a problem to those wRead moreith mobility issues. Im surprised that there is no mention of this on the website. Hide

We really enjoyed our stay. Lovely apartment & really close to Fistral beach. Easy walking distance into Newquay too. Highly recommend it.

Before booking we enquired on how many steps, there was five (5) sets stairs one of 1 of (17) & 4 of (9), we were told there was only 4 sets of stairs.

Apartment in a great location close to Newquay and Fistral Beach. Despite building works going found the area nice, simple to access with apartment everything you need. Would have to agree with other reviews regarding Sofa being uncomfortable and apartment needing a freshen up. Overall we enjoyed our stay

Id never been to Cornwall before! Just wow, its stunning! Apartment had everything we needed, but we only used it as a place to sleep. Building work being done just outside which starts up at 7.30am, I know nothing can be done about it but slightly annoying when you want to relax! But then the seagulls dont stop all night lol. Beautiful beach just Read moredown the road that does amazing nachos! Felt safe and loved this area! Hide

The location is good, just a few minutes walk to the beach and 15 minutes into newquay. One of the sofas is badly worn and very uncomfortable. The appartment is ok, just could do with freshening up a bit to make it more appealing.

Lovely apartment, great location right near the steps to the beach. Some building work next door with new apartments being built but didnt spoil anything for us. The stairs are a challenge when moving in and out with bags/ cases. The only disappointment for us was poor quality sofas (not very comfortable and peeling pvc fabric, possibly due to heatRead more) and quite an old tv - would have been good to be able to log into streaming services at the end of the day. Very nice and quiet place to stay. Great location, close to the beach, apartment is tidy with full equipment. Private car park space. We definitely come back again! I would highly recommend this apartment!
