Rackenford itself is close by with pub, shop and Post Office. An ideal spot for those looking to explore the whole of Devon with central access to both the north and south coasts, Exmoor and Dartmoor. Walkers can join the Two Moors Way, Exmoor and Dartmoor or other attractions worth a visit include Wimbleball Reservoir, historic Exeter City with its museums, leisure facilities, restaurants, high street shops, cinema, theatre and much more. Tiverton Castle and Canal, the Grand Western Horseboat, Crealy Adventure Park, are all worth a visit.

Stepping into this ground floor apartment you are greeted by a comfortable lounge/diner with comfy sofa (that converts to a double bed on request). After a busy day exploring the area, cosy up in front of the wood burner, sit back, relax and watch a movie of your choice on the TV/DVD or, alternatively listen to your preferred radio station on the DAB radio. The fully equipped kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher and allows keen cooks to whisk up a light snack or a full three course meal. At the end of the day head to the attractive king-size bedroom with large Velux window, where you can lie in bed and enjoy the starlit skies and en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC.

Heading outside there is a fenced garden area with patio overlooking the fields, an ideal spot to sit, relax or enjoy a BBQ as well as a shared suntrap courtyard. There is off-road parking for one car.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

Great location if you want to get away from it all. People very friendly showing us round the farm and the local pub The Stag was very good for food. One of the best burgers I have ever tasted

The property was perfect and the owners couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to go back there again.
