The cottage itself is only a short distance to Blackpool’s centre with its Pleasure Beach, zoo, grand theatre and winter gardens, there really is something to cater for everyone. With easy access to Preston, Lancaster, the Forest of Bowland, Yorkshire Dales, Lake District and Morecombe Bay, making this a perfect base to explore the surrounding area. There is also plenty on offer from restaurants and bars to some retail therapy in the abundance of shops.

Wandering up the drive past the owner’s property situated next door, where privacy is assured, you will arrive at the grand barn. Walking into the property you will enter the spacious kitchen/diner with its grand ceilings and contemporary styling. The kitchen space offers an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and dining table with chairs. Heading through the property you will enter the small snug where you can cosy up and relax after a day’s exploring. Here you will find a sofa, along with a side entrance to the property. Onward to the first floor, you will find a bright hallway with the bedroom on the left. Inside you will find a double bed and built in storage. Along the corridor you will come to the shower room with shower and WC. Finally, the lounge is located at the end of the hall with sofa and Smart TV, the sofa can also be set up as a king-size sofa bed.

To the side of the property is an open garden with established trees and flower beds, garden furniture and a BBQ, for those wishing to dine alfresco. There is also off-road parking for two cars adjacent to the property.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
