Located in a new village development, this property is just a few minutes’ walk from miles of soft golden sand at Camber Sands beach. Here guests can take long strolls, swim in the sea or even try the water sports on offer. Rye, an ancient cobbled street town, is just three miles away from the property and boasts plenty of cafes, restaurants and independent shops to browse throughout your stay.

On the ground floor there is an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. At one end you will find the contemporary kitchen, which has been decorated in a shaker style with pale cabinets, wooden worktops and a pretty window blind. Here you will find an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is also a separate room with a washer/dryer and separate ground floor WC. Once you have finished preparing your meals, head to the oak dining table, which seats four people, before retiring to the inviting lounge. This is a cosy space for relaxing in front of a film or enjoying a good book on the comfortable sofa. Upstairs, the master bedroom features a king-sized bed and matching bedside cabinets, while the double bedroom has been given a splash of colour through stylish cabinets. Bathroom with shower over bath and WC.

Outside there is a delightful communal pebbled garden with an ornate table and chairs to enjoy a quite moment in. This secluded area shared by 5 properties is a charming spot to enjoy afternoon tea or an evening drink while catching the last of the day’s rays.

Beautiful property lovely furnishings and wall art. We enjoyed our stay at the property very comfortable and clean. A good base for visiting Rye and surrounding area, but not Camber itself the dates we were there (2nd to last week of September.) Found it to be unwelcoming and restrictive to dog owners. No fault on the part of the property owners.

Small well maintained house in an attractive quiet estate. Good for Rye. We loved Rye! Amazing beach a walk away. But No dogs allowed May to September and difficult for the elderly to access over a tall sand dune. Short drive or 20 minute walk to a dog friendly stretch. Beautiful and clean. Great holiday house! This is the second year visiting Camber and so we knew the area well. Its ideally situated for the beach-only a short walk away to the dunes.
