Within walking distance of a beach, this luxury property has been designed for the highest level of comfort and convenience in mind. Exploring on foot there are some great options nearby, with the South West Coastal Path on your doorstep meaning your choice is endless, but a must visit to one of the most beautiful beaches along the South English Coastline with its delightful arc shingle beach, unspoilt coastline, it is a haven of tranquillity, boasting gorgeous views and calm, clean waters, Oddicombe Beach is truly spectacular. The picturesque Torquay Harbour is located nearby boasting an array of shops, cafes restaurants and bars. Many other opportunities for family fun days out are, Babbacombe Model Village, Dartmouth Railway, Paignton Pier, Quay West and Paignton Zoo.

As you enter this remarkable penthouse apartment, rising up one flight of stairs, you enter the hallway. To the end of the hallway is the spectacular open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner which boasts floor to ceiling windows providing breath-taking views of the South English Coast from the lounge area through to the kitchen area. Within the lounge area, you have ample seating, TV with Virgin TV and TiVO, and DVD with a selection of DVD's. If you decide to stay in and cook there is a well-equipped kitchen area with an electric oven and hob, microwave and American-style fridge/freezer with water and ice dispenser. You don’t even need to do the dishes as there is a dishwasher to do the work for you. From the lounge area there are two bedrooms, a king-size with sea views, built in wardrobe and TV/DVD, and a twin zip-and-link bed (which can be made into a king-size on request) boasting sea views, built in wardrobes and TV. Also within the twin room is a futon for a fifth guest. You will also find the main bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC. There is a cupboard which is equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Outside, there is roadside parking available subject to availability alternatively, there are two long stay car parks located nearby.

A lovely place to stay with great views. Ideal for a family or a couples close to everything you need. Plenty of room and everything you need is provided. Very little noise from the cafe below which did not impact on us at all will definitely book again when visiting Babbacombe

One of the best cottages we have ever stayed in. It was just like home from home. A very high standard of equipment and the location was perfect for days out and walks. Parking was easy too and lots of space right outside the apartment. Fantastic view out to sea from the living room and very peaceful. The added bonus was the Cafe downstairs! I highly recommend this property . So much to see in and around Babbacom . Owner always happy to help and give advice if needed. Sits on top of his cafe and the view is spectacular. No noise, very peaceful and lots of on street parking, we parked every day right outside. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and well equipped. The view was superb and the location is in a great area with local shops nearby, lovely walks along the coast plus local attractions close by. Beautifully situated with the most stunning views ! Delightful cafe downstairs that serve delicious breakfasts. An ideal base to work part of the South Devon coast path. I am afraid we can't recommend anywhere to eat out in the evenings as we just couldn't drag ourselves away from the stunning view and ate in each and every night

Nice clean apartment with a fantastic view over the sea and if you get a clear night sky you can do some star gazing. On a clear night we managed to get a real close up of the moon and also got to see Jupiter and its moons. Such a beautiful place to stay! The view is wonderful and is definitely worth staying just for that. It is clean and the owners had thought of everything. There wasnt anything we needed that wasnt provided. The location is fantastic and would highly recommend.

Amazing view. Spotless first class quiet accommodation in an excellent position for seeing Babbacombe and the surrounding area. Lindsay and Amanda were fantastic hosts and were so welcoming. The apartment was brilliant and we will miss waking up to the ocean view every day. All the staff in the cafe downstairs were so friendly and helpful and the plates of scones throughout the week were a nice added touch! Well be back!
