Comfortable and well-presented property and perfectly positioned in Higher Clovelly, close to the sheltered harbour of Clovelly village and just a short drive from both the North Devon and Cornwall coasts.

Situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty this delightful barn conversion forms part of a group of Grade II listed buildings and is a splendid location for exploring the beautiful north Devon and Cornwall coastline from glorious sheltered coves to the quaint fishing village of Clovelly with its traffic free cobbled street and whitewashed cottages, a truly unique experience. Also close by are the villages of Hartland with a great farmers market and annual carnival and Woolsery with great fish and chip shop and village pub. If you fancy a trip to the seaside, there are several great sandy beaches perfect for body boarding or surfing. The seaside town of Bude is close by and includes shops, pubs, restaurants, Splash Leisure Pool, golf course and canal other local attractions include The Milky Way, Hartland Abbey, Hartland Point and Lighthouse and RHS Rosemoor Gardens.

This first floor accommodation has been tastefully converted from the original 19th century barns. As you enter the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner you will notice the high vaulted ceilings and feeling of space, there is a stable door with views out towards the sea and Lundy island. The kitchen offers an electric range style oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The lounge area with vaulted high ceilings offers TV and wood burner effect electric fire. After a long day, head to the bedrooms which are all on the same level, there is one king-size bed with double sofa bed suitable for children and en-suite shower room with shower and WC and one twin with TV with DVD player. You will also find the spacious bathroom with shower over bath and WC.

Head outside across the courtyard, to your own enclosed garden with picnic bench and BBQ. There is off road allocated parking for two cars.

Nice cosy cottage in a fabulous area with amazing views, perfectly positioned to explore north Devon and it's wonderful coast line. We enjoyed our stay so much that we will be coming back.

Absolutely loved our stay. The accommodation exceeded expectations. The location and views were fabulous. Loved the decor and found we had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The facilities were brilliant for us and the garden area was fab for the dog. We would love to return. Thank you so much for a fab holiday.

This is a really lovely place. It is in open countryside, but within easy reach of the North Devon coast from Ilfracombe to Tintagel. There are excellent beaches with surfing at Bude and Westward Ho! The accommodation, which is all on the first floor, is spacious, clean and well equipped. Location perfect, with fabulous views, beautifully decorated. There were however some minor issues that we've reported to the owner and once these are corrected will be happy to recommend .

Fabulous Apartment the best equipped self catering rental we have ever stayed . Spotlessly clean , warm & very comfortable. We stayed over Christmas & were welcomed with a lovely Christmas tree & decorations, bottle of wine & chocolates . It is alittle remote but with everything you need in a 10 minute drive .

A quaint barn conversion, nice farm house feel with furniture in keeping. Stairs very steep, especially for the over 80s. Lack of window with view from main bedroom, also lack of natural light in this bedroom. Nice grass area for the dogs. Well located for Clovelly and beaches.

Excellent location with plenty to see and do within 20 miles of accommodation. Accommodation was spacious clean and well equipped and the double bed was very comfortable.

This is a charming upstairs apartment, with a seaside theme. We highly recommend it and would visit it again.
