The Sedlescombe Organic Vineyard is nearby where you can take a leisurely self-guided tour through the vineyard and woodland nature trail before sampling the wines. Hastings and the rest of the Sussex coastline is only a 15-minute drive away, where you can find sandy and pebbled beaches and bustling seaside towns and villages.
Enter the annexe into a welcoming hallway with plenty of space to leave your coats and boots. Beyond, the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is light and bright with a stone floor and French doors opening out to a decked area. The kitchen offers two hobs, a combination microwave/grill oven and all the necessary utensils you should need. Enjoy your meals at the dining table which is positioned alongside the French doors, providing a fantastic view to accompany your meal. The comfortable sofa creates a cosy space to enjoy a film in the evenings. Also on this floor is a spacious wet room with shower and WC. The bedroom with king-size bed is located upstairs and benefits from the stunning rural view through the French windows that open out to a small balcony. A writing desk can be found on the small landing area, ideal for anyone who wishes to work while away.
French doors open from the main reception onto a decked area, where you can enjoy a summer BBQ overlooking the Sussex countryside. There is also a shared garden with plenty of plants and shrubs attracting an abundance of wildlife as well as a large fishpond containing some impressively large Koi carp.
Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
