A spacious and light basement apartment in a lovely end of terrace Georgian House, located in an upmarket area of Plymouth

This large, spacious property is set on a quiet road right in the heart of Plymouth, which means there is much to see and do right on the doorstep. There is a fantastic choice of bars, restaurants and shopping opportunities on Plymouth Hoe and Barbican, and the city centre is only a five-minute walk away with a plethora of amenities to discover. The city also has a popular theatre, National Marine Aquarium and lots of leisure facilities. It provides an ideal base for touring Devon and Cornwall and discovering long sandy surfing beaches, sheltered coves, and the walker’s paradise of rugged Dartmoor.

The apartment is accessed down a few steps and through doors into the lounge area, which is equipped with TV, DVD and Virgin TV including movies and sports. The dining room looks through to the kitchen and provides a nice space to enjoy mealtimes. Moving on to the kitchen you will find everything you need for a self-catering break including an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave and coffee machine. There is one beautifully decorated bedroom with king-size bed, if you would like to bring an additional guest this must be arranged before your stay and a put-up bed can be provided at an additional charge to the owner when you arrive. There is a bathroom with a shower over bath. The WC is located in a separate room.

Outside of the apartment there is an enclosed patio with seating, offering a nice spot to relax in the evenings. If you arrive by car to this property, there is roadside parking with a permit, which is provided at a small charge payable direct to the owner.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Nice welcome PM arrival Comfortable clean tidy apartment, few mins walk to Plymouth Hoe, and short walk close to city centre. Good value for money.

Centrally placed comfortable flat with engaged owners on premises. Steps down to basement level may not be suitable for everyone though, although very sturdy handrail provided. Close to circular tourist bus route.
