Located in the popular seaside village of Sutton-on-Sea and within walking distance to the sandy beach, this detached bungalow offers couples the ideal holiday home to explore both coast and country.

This is the perfect base for discovering other coastal towns such as Skegness with attractions including Natureland Seal Sanctuary and Fantasy Island. Slightly further away is the beautiful city of Lincoln with its castle, cathedral and bespoke shops. For keen walkers there are numerous coastal and wold walks to enjoy. The seaside town of Mablethorpe provides an array of shops, cafes, amusements and pubs to enjoy. This is the perfect base for discovering the Lincolnshire coastline alongside other coastal towns such as Grimsby, Skegness, Chapel St Lenoards and Sutton-on-Sea, with attractions nearby and why not take a day trip to Hull via the impressive Humber bridge.

Upon entering you arrive into the hallway. The cosy lounge and dining area are on the right-hand side and has everything you need to relax and unwind with your loved ones and features two comfortable sofas, a gas fire and a Smart TV. If you decide to cook up a meal, then you can all gather around the dining table which seats up to four guests. Through the patio doors you have a conservatory to relax in along with two reclining chairs which look out into the garden, so perfect for reading the newspaper in the morning with a cup of tea or simply to relax in and have a power nap after using up all your energy on the beach. The kitchen is well-equipped and has an electric oven and gas hob, a microwave, washing machine and fridge.  As you’ll no doubt have sand on your clothes, there is a rear porch which leads to the front and the rear garden. The bathroom has a shower over bath and separate WC and the two bedrooms have a double and a single so perfect for a small family looking for a holiday home by the sea.

The enclosed rear paved garden with a table and four chairs for guests to use if you want to enjoy some al fresco dining. There is one off road parking space for guests on the driveway and there is some on road parking available outside the property for a second car.

  • There is an Accidental Damage Deposit of £150 when booking at this property, however this may be waived for £20. We’ll provide more details about this when booking your holiday.

This is a very nice bungalow in an ideal location for the beach and shops,this is one of the best dog friendly holiday let's we have ever stayed in,very well maintained and very clean we will definitely be returning in the future,and with some niceties left in the kitchen for us upon arrival,such a nice touch !! Property located in great position for town centre but far enough to be in a quiet position. Well equipped, conservatory area was lovely and garden is fairly large. Lounge/dinner much bigger than it appears on pictures.

The bungalow is well maintained and equipped , the location is ideal just a leisurely stroll to the town centre and sea front with the long sandy beach and promenade. For dog owners it's ideal as the dogs allowed beach area is only a short walk either side of the promenade.

Lovely, comfortable bungalow within easy walking distance of the extensive beach and local shops. Well equipped but the fridge is small, with only an ice box for any frozen food. The Bungalow is very clean and well looked after. Enjoyed the relaxing chairs in the conservatory. The side building also very good for drying wet things in too. Would fully recommend this very nice location near to the beach and Sutton on Sea although quiet was great.

Lovely bungalow came last year loved it so booked again a bit overpriced but you only get what you pay for sutton on sea lovely. dog friendly place our Yorkshire terrier loved it

Ot was a lovely place to stay. Very clean and tidy and well equipped. Pleasantly surprised with the location as it was easy to walk to shops and beach.

Neatly presented and very clean bungalow. Layout was a bit confusing to begin with. Ideal for two or tree and a dog. Nice welcome pack. Our idea of holiday is not to cook for ourselves so found a good few places to eat. Would recommend the Stables Bar and Restaurant. Food shops not too far away = about a five minute walk. I would note that a singleRead more duvet on a single bed is fine for a child. Personally I prefer a double duvet on a single bed as an adult. Hide

One of the best we have stopped in, they have thought of pretty much everything, it was so peaceful as my husband was recovering from a nasty accident it was just what was needed, the conservatory was a god send to sit in there out of the wind then retire to inside as it went dark.

We had a good week at the bungalow. Everything provided. It was cosy & comfortable in a very quiet location. Near to a lovely sandy beach & a few shops. Very friendly community.

Lovely relaxing week at The Hutch, cant fault the accomodation, had everything we needed, and very well maintained property. Lovely quiet location, which was what we wanted. Short walk to the beach, meant we didnt need to use car all week. Have visited Sutton on Sea before and love the quaint town and miles of quiet beach. Will definately return.

A nice bungalow, the conservatory makes a great room to relax in whatever the weather. Everything you need is in the property including a small freezer ( original reviews said there wasn't one) Very comfortable beds in both bedrooms. I can't really fault anything

The Hutch is a nice compact bungalow. 2 adults and 2 dogs were more than comfortable and had enough space. A 10 minute walk to the beach. In Sutton-on-sea there seems not a lot to do other than beach walking. This suited us. There seems to be more breakfast/lunch/brunch trade rather evening drinking. Hence the quietness (in May at least).. The beacRead moreh walks are extensive allowing continuous walking from Mablethorpe down to Chapel St Leanards, and maybe even beyond? Hide
