This property enjoys a fantastic location, within walking distance of the cliffs to the west of the town which mark the start of the South Downs Way, and guests will not want to miss the breath-taking walk up to the iconic Beachy Head and on to the Birling Gap and The Seven Sisters. The apartment is also very close to the seafront in Eastbourne, and within a mile of the pier and the Arndale shopping centre. The town’s wide shingle beach is a fantastic place to relax, and at low-tide an expanse of sand is revealed, making it great for beach games and paddling. For those who don’t want to walk, there are car parks available, as well as a regular bus service from the town.

Steep steps lead guests down to the front door of this stunning apartment. Once inside, guests will love the sense of space and light that they will found in all of the apartment’s room, including the spacious, open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. This makes a wonderful place to unwind, with its floor-to-ceiling windows, comfortable seating, and TV. Situated in front of the windows, there is a dining table, from which guests can enjoy views over Eastbourne. The sleek kitchen area overlooks the lounge and is well-equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. The first of the apartment’s two bedrooms is a king-size room with large windows overlooking the patio garden. This room benefits not only from an en-suite bathroom with bath and WC, but also from a fantastic walk-in wardrobe. The second bedroom is a tranquil single room which has an additional pull-out bed which can be used to accommodate a fourth guest. This room also has en-suite facilities, this time a shower room with shower and WC.

Outside, there is an east-facing patio to the rear of the apartment, with garden furniture, which offers a great place to relax with a morning cup of coffee. Outside the property, there is unrestricted road-side parking subject to availability.

Absolutely lovely stay in Eastbourne. We have been staying at The Lookout for a few years and the location is amazing. The host is very helpful and we are looking forward to next years stay already.
