Venture a little further afield and you’ll reach the A30, which will bring you to many of Cornwall’s most popular attractions including The Eden Project, just a 30-minute drive away.

Arranged on one level, this charming property is open-plan, making the most of its unique round structure. In the shaker-style kitchen area you will find an electric oven and hob, fridge with ice compartment, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Once you have finished preparing your meals, dine at the table in the window before retreating to the lounge area for a relaxing evening. For cosy evenings in, make the most of the TV, DVD, stereo with iPod dock and selection of CDs and DVDs available. One of the sofas in the lounge also turns into a bed, perfect for sleeping an additional guest. The double bedroom is light and airy with a door leading to the rear terrace for enjoying the first cup of coffee of the day. There is a TV/DVD and DAB radio in the bedroom and a bathroom with overhead electric shower, heated towel rail and WC next door.

Outside, the private enclosed patio area with garden furniture and a BBQ is a peaceful and romantic space for enjoying al fresco meals during your stay. Off-road parking is available for one car.

Great little home for a holiday cottage is a little distance from the car park so be prepared . Lovely pub 50yards away. The local lanes are very narrow so bare that in mind when driving.

The cottage is very well equipped & just requires a few changes to make it even better. The location isnt great, need to drive to the local shops, you could walk in about 40 mins, but there is no pavements & its a narrow winding lane. We loved our stay at The Round House. It was warm and comfortable and central to many places that we wanted to visit. The only down side for us was that we felt we had to take the car everywhere - apart from the pub across the road, shops etc were too far to walk. However we would definitely return here again. We had a most enjoyable week.

A beautiful cottage, ideal for a couple. It had everything you needed for a pleasant stay. If you dont feel like cooking there is a pub/restaurant a few minutes walk away.

Good location for visiting Truro, Penzance and many lovely beaches. The coast train from Lelant to St Ives is one not to miss. The cottage has excellent facilities, home from home, we even found a sewing kit to fix a button! The parking is good with a very short walk to the cottage. Lovely little bungalow with everything you need. Perfectly positioned for a 35-40 minute walk down to Perranporth. 2 excellent eateries within walking distance: The White House and Bollingey Inn. Good position for great beaches too.
