Had a wonderful 3 night stay here with my partner. Was incredibly pleased at the location, so peaceful and beautiful views. Owners were amazing, recommended an outstanding local restaurant for dinner. Facilities were top notch, accommodation was cosy and clean. Covered hot tub and sauna so weather did not affect our stay one bit. Excellent locationRead more to pubs, restaurants, Abergavenny town and Skirrid Mountain. Will definately be returning Hide

I spent 3 nights here recently and wanted to get away from it all and relax and wind down. It did it's job! The hut and everything with it was of high standard. Mike & Tracey are both welcoming and supportive if you need any help. And highly recommend the Cafe!

I knew I needed a break away from it all! The Skirrid Bolt Hole proved to be just what was needed. A lovely peaceful place, with the facilities and people that made it a perfectly relaxed break. We had the delightful pleasure of meeting John, the brother of the owner. Nothing was too much trouble. The Bolt Hole was clean and well equipped with all Read morethat was needed. We would recommend it and would come back and stay in one of the Shepherd Huts! It was a wonderful break away from home. Thank you Hide
