Offa’s Dyke Path passes through the village so you can access wonderful walks. Just 5 miles away is The Skirrid, a mountain situated in the Usk Valley. The National Trust Skirrid walking route takes you through woodlands and over mountainsides, offering superb views of the surrounding area. Abergavenny is 4.5 miles away, with its fabulous choice of gastropubs and restaurants to try. The city of Hereford is 18 miles away with access to the River Wye.

Head upstairs using the original hand-carved oak staircase and access an elegant bathroom with a roll-top bath and black marble washstand with Italian basin. There is also a separate power shower. Up a few more steps is the impressive bedroom with a king-size, four-poster bed, old oak floorboards, tall mullion windows and oriental rugs.
Outside is a beautifully maintained shared garden available for use. There is a tucked-away patio in the corner of the garden with a wooden gazebo, picnic bench and BBQ. The garden is the perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening after a day exploring the local area and walking the Brecon Beacons.
