Set at the end of Crooklets beach which is a stone's throw away, and within a short walk to the sea pool at Summerleaze Beach, tennis courts, numerous shops, restaurants, galleries cafes and bars. From the end of the road take the South West Coast Path , which offers spectacular walking in either direction, there is also the wetland bird sanctuary and nature reserve offering some lovely scenery. With the town being conveniently located off the A39, this is a great spot for touring both Devon and Cornwall and days out could include visits to The Eden Project, the delightful fishing villages of Clovelly, Boscastle, Port Isaac, Rock and Padstow.
This apartment is situated on the second floor and offers contemporary accommodation overlooking the golf course. The main living area is the open-plan lounge/diner with its comfortable sofas allowing guests to relax in front of the TV. There is a dining table with seating for four. Next to this is the kitchen equipped with an electric oven, two zone induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, and microwave. There are two bedrooms one king size and one double, both with TV’s, en-suite rooms and WC’s. Heading down to the ground floor, you will find a shared utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, a wet suit drying area together with a shower room to wash off in after a day on the beach (no need to change out of your wet suits at the beach). Dogs are also catered for with a fabulous dog bath and grooming room.
The shared outside space at the front of the property with seating offers a great space to relax and take in the views over the golf course and down to the beach. The off-road parking to the front of the property is limited and is on a first come first serve basis, alternatively, there is street parking (subject to availability) or pay and display parking in the beach car park very close by.
