Close to the delights of Padstow, the Camel Trail and the glorious beaches of North Cornwall, this is the ultimate couples retreat.

This beautiful barn conversion situated in a prime location on the North Cornwall coast, there is plenty to see and do for all the family. If a day at the seaside is your thing there are plenty to choose from, Watergate Bay and Daymer Bay to name just a few, from surfing to swimming everything is catered for. Just a short drive away is the pleasant town of Wadebridge, with fine boutiques and cafes, along with other picturesque towns such as Padstow and St Agnes. The Camel Trail is also nearby for keen walkers and cyclists. Or if you wish to head further afield the quirky town of Newquay is only seven miles away. Other attractions in the area include many National Trust properties, Camel Creek Adventure Park, the Eden Project and many more.

Upon entering this single storey property, you will find yourself in the bright open-plan lounge/kitchen diner. Curl upon the comfy sofas, light the wood burner and watch your favourite film on the TV/DVD, enjoy a romantic meal for two in the well-equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Head further into the property to the lovely king-size bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC.

Heading outside from the lounge area onto the patio with garden furniture and BBQ, perfect for dining alfresco on those warm summer evenings. There is off-road parking for two cars.

Enjoyed our stay very much. The cottage has pretty much all you need. It was comfortable and very relaxing. Our dog loved the garden, the lawn did get water logged but nobody's fault as it did rain very heavily at times. We hopefully will return & would recommend.

Just returned home from a wonderful week in Cornwall, made all the more special by our choice of accommodation. The location was perfect for venturing out to many places, but was also so peaceful you looked forward to returning every day to rest and recharge. Lovely dog friendly cottage in quiet, peaceful location, with fully enclosed garden. Perfectly situated to explore Padstow, Newquay and beyond, with plenty of dog friendly beaches close by. This was our second stay in this cottage and wont be our last!

Great location, very peaceful, nowhere was very far. The cottage was very well equipped had everything that was needed especially for the dog as the garden is fully secure and large. Absolutely amazing cottage, everything you could possibly need is in there! Very comfortable and the garden was fantastic for our little dog, it was so safe she could not get out. Very quite location and great base for getting around. We have already booked for next year!

We absolutely loved our stay at the cottage, it is very well equipped and as our weather was so lovely we made good use of the sun-trap patio area. It is so close to the lovely Cornwall beaches which our dog absolutely loved, but then you feel totally in the countryside listening to the birds and the cows when sitting in the garden. This was a perfect stay for my partner and I with our dog Woodie. We stayed for Christmas, the cottage was decorated, and a lovely Christmas hamper left for us too. We would definitely return and recommend to friends and family.

Cannot fault this property at all. The location is nice and quiet, the cottage was nice and clean on arrival and the cupboards were full of every utensil you'll ever probably need. Padstow is approx 4 miles down the road, with Newquay about double that.
