This light, bright and airy apartment is situated on the estuary in Brightlingsea providing all modern amenities along with stunning views. The perfect place to get away from it all. With its busy harbour, sit and watch the coming and goings of the motor and sail boats. The property is perfectly placed to explore the Essex Coast and countryside, from quaint seaside towns to thriving market towns, Essex has something for all. Local National Trust properties include Bourne Mill at Colchester and Paycocke’s House and Gardens at Coggeshall. Other attractions include Colchester Zoo and the Colne Valley Railway at Sible Hedingham.

On guests arrival the apartment is situated on the second floor and is accessed via a secure communal hall with lifts and stairs to all floors. From the hallway enter the spacious open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area with stunning views looking onto the harbour, large comfortable sofas, dining table and chairs, TV/DVD, surround sound and Sky TV. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. The King size bedroom has built in wardrobes and the bathroom has a bath with hand held shower attachment, large separate shower cubicle, wash basin and WC.

Really lovely place to kick back and chill. The views were amazing and we were able to get a few coastal walks in between the rainy days. A few niggles, but nothing major. Bring a good book and watch the world go by.

Brilliant view lovely apartment well stocked with kitchen utensils and we will return of that there is no doubt. We even started trying to plan our next visit while we were there. I would highly recommend this property.

The views are wonderful, and the underground car park is great. The initial impact of the apartment is stunning but as others have commented, there is a distinct lack of storage in bedroom and bathroom, and some general TLC is needed. Lovely apartment, great location. Sit watching the water very relaxing. Shower needs a shelf to hold shampoo etc, bedroom needs a chest of drawers, nowhere to put clothes that cannot be hung. Brightlingsea is what it is, small, quiet which is what I wanted.

It basically was what it said on the tin. Wonderful view, very quiet location. I recommend it. As other reports have mentioned, there were few niggles not worthy of mentrion. I recommend it. Easy access to the underground car park. Given a door key and fob to open door between the building and car park and access gate linking street to car park.

Flat has the wow factor when you enter the views of the estuary and harbour are stunning ideal location to watch the sun set. October being out of season very quiet, little boat activity. Stunning view and position. Worth a return visit in a variety of weather ! Near to all Brightlingsea has to offer. Parking and Lift useful. Slightly let down by the need for general maintenance to be kept up with, the flat is getting tired ,and this reduces its value for money.

What a lovely apartment. The views were stunning. It was spotlessly clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay. Pubs and shop right on your doorstep would highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic apartment with wonderful view. Lovely walks in the area - easy to get to Point Clear or Mersea Island in foot ferry. If the owner were to address some niggling issues (which were highlighted by more than 1 visitor), the whole experience could be superb.

it's all about the view and it does not disappoint. The feel of the apartment is good and sitting out on the balcony soothes the soul. Sunsets are a wow. Lack of storage was disappointing no draws in bedroom and wardrobes are used to store allsorts of stuff from 52in tv to xmas decorations. Sofa looks great but is low and seating is very deep to thRead moree backrest so not good for those with bad knees.
