Excellent dog friendly holiday accommodation set within the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park with easy access to the coast path and an excellent base to explore many of Pembrokeshire's fantastic beaches.

This property is set in the bustling marina town of Milford Haven. The marina has undergone significant development in recent times and is now a hive of activity with many independent bars, coffee shops, restaurants and stores. The Pembrokeshire cycle path network can also be joined from here as well as walking routes along the Pembrokeshire Coastal path. The town also boasts its own theatre and cinema where you can watch the latest movie, catch a theatre production or comedy show. The property also enjoys excellent links to St Brides Bay and its beaches. Dale can be reached in just 9 miles, a haven for sailing and water sports enthusiasts with a popular bar/restaurant and cafe. The vast golden sand beach of Marloes Sands can be reached in 9.5 miles.

As you enter the property you are welcomed into an inviting hallway with space for your shoes and coats and stairs up to the first floor. There are two reception rooms, the main lounge and an additional snug. The main lounge enjoys a comfortable corner sofa and an additional occasional sofa centred around the Smart TV and wood burner. It also has the benefit of a Sky TV package allowing for cosy nights in watching your favourite movies or box sets. The snug has an L-shaped sofa and two-seater Chesterfield style sofa, the perfect retreat for a glass of wine and a good book. Further down the hallway, you will find your open-plan kitchen/diner. The kitchen benefits from a double electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, American style fridge/freezer and Morphy Richards coffee machine. There is an island breakfast bar providing a space to dine or socialise as a family while cooking. There is also a TV above the dining area which can keep the chef of the group entertained whilst preparing delicious meals. Completing the kitchen/diner are French doors leading out to the garden. Completing the first floor is the convenient utility room with a washing machine and WC. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms plus an additional games room. There are two king-size rooms, one with a TV. Both rooms have been provided with excellent storage for clothes and belongings. The third room has been utilised as a games room with a two-seater sofa bed. The sofa bed can be used as additional sleeping space on request. The contemporary family bathroom consists of a bath with shower attachment, freestanding shower, sink and WC.

Externally, the accommodation benefits from an enclosed rear garden laid to patio and lawn. There is outdoor dining furniture and a fire pit with a grill should you wish to cook and dine alfresco or enjoy a drink in the sun. It is fully enclosed so dogs and small children are perfectly safe to play with. There is driveway parking to the front of the property for up to three cars.

A beautiful house which is ideally situated for all the wonderful beaches in the area and for the marina. However, if you have have pets that are allowed on the furniture and upstairs with you then this probably isn't the best place to stay

We had a lovely week staying here,the house was very clean and well equipped .Beds were very comfortable and location very good. This was our first visit to Pembrokeshire and loved it, lots of beautiful places to see.Would definately stay again if returning to this part of Wales.

This is a gorgeous house in a great location. We particularly loved the downstairs area and the garden was a perfect space for our dog to run around. If the weather had been kinder it would have been beautiful for us to relax in too. The location is great for easy access to lots of beautiful beaches - we visited Broad Haven on the only sunny day weRead more had. We had a fantastic 2 weeks staying at Arbroath. It is in a great location for accessing all the local amenities and only a short walk from Gelliswick beach which is fabulous for dog walking. What a beautiful house so clean...Everything has been thought of especially in the Kitchen. The garden is great for doggie visitors as it is fully enclosed. Dogs are allowed downstairs in all rooms (even though a previous review has said they can only go in one room), obviously they are not allowed on the furniture. Lovely house, very comfortable and clean. Beautiful secure garden with fabulous seating areas. Great location to explore Pembrokeshire and within walking distance of the sea. The house is lovely and the garden a real sun trap. Milford Harbour has some lovely independent shops, bars and restaurants. We loved The Cheeky and Dillys Chocolate Shop. Cocos restaurant was really dog friendly and The Harbour Master has great cocktails and friendly staff. Fantastic beaches only a short drive away. Absolutely brilliant house great kitchen and loved having the log burner. Nice sized garden area but unfortunately we visited in October so couldnt really enjoy it as much but was nice for our 2 little dogs. It was our first little holiday with our 2 dogs and baby of 4 months was lovely and cozy and felt like a home away from home. Close to the MarRead moreina which was nice - there is a great little chocolate shop called Dillys - check them out! And a Costa and Tescos close by. Good base to stay at. Hide
