We enjoyed our stay in this accommodation, definitely NOT a cottage, but upon our arrival we were slightly dismayed by the state of the lobby area and what was obviously a work in progress in terms of repairs and home improvements. However once we were accustomed to this , the flat was fine and after we had parked we were able to walk everywhere wiRead morethout needing the car which was a bonus. The lovely promenade into Hastings was perfect for small boys on bikes! Hide

We had a great stay at Artists View, we hardly used the car, instead using the bus and the train. Great location for the beach and easy access into town. The boys really enjoyed mini golf and would highly recommend the country park, also accessible by bus. The flat is very well equipped and very comfortable with great views.

Great flat - the large sitting room was the attraction- great views out to sea. A quiet area but central - we enjoyed good walks and visited Eastbourne, Rye, Battle. St Leonards & Hastings were lovely to wonder around - there are some real gems here - the walk through Bottle Alley was like walking through history. Enjoyed visiting the local pubs.
