Situated in an elevated position overlooking Ventnor's Esplanade and harbour, this apartment is ideally placed not only to explore the delights of this bustling seaside town, with its local shops, bars and restaurants but is within a two minute walk of the island’s southernmost holiday beach. Several other tourist destinations are accessible, from Shanklin to Freshwater Bay and the oldest theme park in the UK, in neighbouring Blackgang Chine. There is something for all the family to enjoy here! Ventnor is located beneath St Boniface Down, the highest point on the Isle of Wight, and this apartment is perfect for those who want to be close to Ventnor’s seafront and town but with access to a wealth of coastal and upland walks, local history and culture.

Being on the first floor, this apartment benefits from its elevated position with fantastic uninterrupted sea views. The apartment is light and spacious with large bay windows to the front. The open-plan kitchen/diner is fully equipped with electric oven, grill and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The dining table (extendable) offers ample seating for guests. Where better to sit of an evening to watch the sun setting over the sea, whilst enjoying a cold glass of wine. With even more views from the main lounge, everyone can enjoy the magnificent vista, with a Smart TV and Smart DVD you can also snuggle up after a busy day and watch your favourite film. Along the hallway you will find the master king-size bedroom with en suite shower room and WC, and the twin bedroom just opposite. The bedrooms are quiet and have views of St Boniface Down. The family bathroom sits at the end of the hallway.

The apartment’s south-facing balcony, with access from the snug, has the most amazing sea views. The ideal spot to sit out and enjoy a cold drink on a sunny summers evening. Limited on street parking is available nearby, on a first come first served basis. For peace of mind, the nearby public car park (3 minutes walk) offers weekly or daily parking permits.

A lovely flat with excellent views of the sea and sea front. It's large and roomy anwell kitted out. We stayed in the wintertime and were glad to have a good kitchen and space to eat. Don't be put-off by the on-street parking as we managed to park outside on most days and used the suggested free car park on other days.

We stayed at 3 Cliff View for 7 days. Such a lovely apartment. We found everything that we might have needed was there. Apartment really comfortable. The bed was one of the best we have slept in whilst away. One en-suite and one bathroom, again scrupulously clean and very roomy.. We even managed to sit on the balcony too. The views are brilliant. VRead moreentnor by its nature is very hilly, but we found that it suited us very well. We shall hopefully be returning in the not so distant future. Hide

Clean and with everything you need cosy home from home great location as we did not have a car, with great walking from apartment wine and biscuits on the side on arrival nice touch would totally recomend this place . Thank you

Clean, comfortable and well-equipped apartment with beautiful sea views in a very convenient location. The beach is a few minute's walk, as are pubs, restaurants, a medium-sized Co-op and a bus stop. We didn't come by car so no parking issues, and it is possible to get around by bus if you're not in a hurry. Best thing about the apartment is the baRead morelcony. Hide

Apartment is on first floor, rooms are bigger than the photos on website show. Easily room for 4 on balcony but only 3 chairs. We did not have issue with parking and we had a car and a motorbike. If no room for car we used the car park up the hill opposite which you get to by going round the loop of the one way roads. View is fabulous, even when veRead morery misty there was always something to see. Beds comfy, quiet at night, clean and well equipped. Hide

Excellent well equipped apartment in great location. Lovely walks straight from the front door. Limited parking outside, although we went in May and managed to park on Hambrough Rd everyday. However, we did buy tourist parking permit so could park in all IOW car parks which is worth the money if you intend to travel around the island.

A very spacious period apartment on the first floor, overlooking Ventnor harbour and with uninterrupted views out to sea. The road is very quiet, and the bedrooms are at the back anyway. The whole place was absolutely spotless and gleaming. We wold recommend this apartment to anyone.

We had a lovely stay, the apartment is a short walk to the seafront and the town area. The apartment is big bright airy and comfortable. Loved the window seat in the kitchen diner. Very sociable space in the kitchen diner.

The Grove car park is only around the corner and the buses run frequently to wherever you want to go on the island so you can leave your car behind. I came for a week & stayed for two, incredably difficult to leave such amazing views in a such a beautiful, calm quaint place as Ventnor. The cafe & shops are quirky friendly & food very good. The apartment wants for nothing, one of the most comfortable places I ve ever stayed, quality beds & rain shower & bath. A wonderful flat on the first floor overlooking the harbour, with both a window seat for the cold blustery days and a balcony for sunny calm days. The kitchen is well stocked in things you might need, such as a cafetiere. At night the flat was quiet and the beds were comfortable with cotton sheets and duvets for a good night's sleep. The property was lovely with lovely views across the bay. Fully equipped including a washing machine but no tumble dryer if staying in winter/colder weather. Down side was the parking. OK if you are fully able bodied (unlike myself) but it is a trek from the public car park with luggage.

A lovely apartment with fantastic views. Very clean and spacious. Parking was unfortunately a big problem. Would not recommend the apartment to those with mobility issues as very steep hill down to the esplanade and back up again.

A beautiful seaside flat. Stayed for 3 nights with my young sons who absolutely loved it. Included everything we needed so no suggestions for improvements. Would highly recommend. Parking wasn't that difficult after all.

Great location and well appointed apartment. But parking is a real problem and caused us stress and a parking ticket. This needs to be addressed for guests to enjoy this property.

The apartment was lovely, very comfortable and the views stunning. The only problem we experienced, which was nothing to do with the apartment, was the parking. If we were lucky to get a parking space near the property, it was a worry to move the car to go sight seeing.
