This is a warm and cosy cottage in a very peaceful and friendly village. There is period charm in both the granary and the historic estate surrounding it. We loved walking around the area which has some excellent views. The owners are engaging and Mark has a wealth of information to share making you feel very welcome.

Cottage was fine, although not in the best location . The final crunch was; when we were issued plastic bags by the owner and told to strip the beddings and place them in ;before leaving. We obliged ; but feel other prospective guests should be made aware .

This lovely cottage had everything you needed for a relaxing stay. It's in the perfect location for exploring the Jurassic Coast and beyond. The cottage had loads of information on the surrounding area and the comments left by previous guests were very useful. We will be recommending The Hyde Granary to friends and family.
