LUXURY HARBOURSIDE APARTMENT WITH STUNNING VIEWS OF THE HARBOUR

This luxurious apartment is situated in a commanding position on the busy harbour in Brightlingsea, on the Essex  coast. It provides contempoary accommodation on one level and boasts superb views of the daily comings and goings and the surrounding coastline.

The unique waterside property is the perfect place to unwind, relax and let the world go by and to enjoy the ever changing vista and spot the local wildlife. Brightlingsea has a lovely sandy beach and a ferry service taking you over to nearby Mersea Island. Other local attractions include Dedham and the Constable country villages and Colchester with its impressive castle and bustling high street. For those wanting more excitement, head to the seaside town of Clacton, which offers a host of family fun activities, or why not try a Thames boat excursion sailing through Tower Bridge from the pier.

On the guests arrival the apartment is accessed via a secure communal hallway, the apartment is on the ground floor, the hallway leads through to a spectacular open plan Lounge/kitchen/diner with harbour side views, the well equipped kitchen provides an excellent space for preparing meals having a double electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine with dryer, dishwasher and microwave, the lounge area offers comfortable seating with panoramic views, a large TV, DVD and Sky TV, dining table and chairs. Two beautifully styled bedrooms lead off the hallway, a double bedroom with French doors leading to the terrace and an en suite bathroom having bath with hand held shower, separate large shower cubicle, wash hand basin and WC. A twin bedroom with French doors leading to the terrace. There is a further separate shower room comprising of double shower cubicle, wash hand basin and WC.

 Outside: doors lead to a dual aspect terrace with outdoor furniture.

The apartment is lovely. Stunning views of the harbour. Very tastefully fitted out and very comfortable. It was great to have parking so near and the arrival instructions were very clear. We really enjoyed our stay including a very nice meal in the Harbour View restaurant which was very near the apartment.

This is an amazing apartment, the views are incredible, we found it spotlessly clean and very comfortable, there are plenty of lovely amenities in easy walking distance, we had a fabulous holiday and would definitely highly recommend it.

This is a beautiful Apt with all the comforts of home & very clean and tidy, books, games, beach towels & buckets, the extras included for your stay were lovely, crisp white dressing gowns, toiletry products in the bathrooms and a goody pack with wine and little treats for you were above and beyond expected, the views around the harbor were great, Read morelovely huge balcony to sit and watch all the comings and goings of the boats & yachts, I would definitely recommend this one to anyone. Garage availability is good, but be prepared for a hike from the car to the apartment. It took this 80-yearold 3 trips to unload!

Amazing property. The photos don't do it justice. The views are breath taking, it allowed a total relax. The pub Yachtsmans Arms was a 2 minute walk away, with great food and service.

We had a wonderful stay here, the apartment is in a fantastic location with a great view. We were so lucky to have sun in February, so enjoyed a hot drink sitting on the large balcony in the sun. With glass in 2 directions, one can sit snug, watch sun rise on the left, boats unloading, and as sun comes over on its arc, it shines in the lounge with great warmth. I was there in winter. The sun completes its arc, on the right hand side. So one sees beautiful sun rises and sun sets. At low tide are many shore birds busy eating, at high tide boaRead morets can be seen day and night. Fabulous location right on the waters edge, to give amazing waterscape & harbour views from the open-plan living space & bedrooms through floor to ceiling windows & glass doors. The position is also entirely private with wide wrap-around terraces which have dining & also more relaxed outdoor furniture. This is a well equipped property with one of the best views in Brightlingsea overlooking the harbour entrance. There is always something interesting to watch. There several good places to eat not too far away. We will definitely be returning.

WOW ! The photos do not do this place justice. Location is everything....A week of chilled, relaxing views of boats. yachts, canoes and ever-changing skies. The apartment has everything you could need & more. We honestly did not want to come home & we will return. Thank you for sharing your little slice of heaven.
