Contemporary seafront apartment located directly opposite Westward Ho!’s 2 mile wide beach, and within walking distance of the town’s shops and cafes.

This apartment enjoys a fabulous location right on the beach in Westward Ho! And what a beach it is- two miles of sand await, giving everyone plenty of space to enjoy sunbathing, swimming, and beach games. There is even a surf academy on the beach, so visitors can experience the thrill of catching their first wave. For a change of scene, head down the beach to Northam Burrows Country Park, a lovely natural seascape with sand dunes and salt marshes to explore. Other places of interest nearby include the harbour town of Bideford and the fishing village of Appledore.

The open-plan living area of this ground-floor apartment is dominated by the sea views from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The patio door opens onto the terrace, allowing guests to enjoy the sea air from the lounge area, where there is comfortable seating, a TV/DVD, and hi-fi. Behind the seating area, there is a dining table for two, or guests may prefer to sit at the breakfast bar in the kitchen area. Guests will be pleasantly surprised to find that this modestly sized area is equipped with everything they will need, including an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher. (The freezer is stowed nearby in a separate cupboard). There is one bedroom in the apartment, a relaxing room with a double bed and plenty of storage space for clothes. The bathroom offers a shower-over-bath, and WC, and this is also where guests will find the washing machine.

Outside, the property benefits from a decked terrace to the front of the property, with garden furniture provided, giving guests a wonderful place to sit and watch the sunset over the beach. The property has a parking space for one car.

The apartment had the wow factor when we went in. Nicely furnished. Comfortable seating. Nicely equipped kitchen. Nice bathroom. Cosy bedroom.

Location within the village was perfect. Shops, restaurants, chip shop, pub, amusements and beach all within 100 yards of the door and a level walk. Allocated parking meant there was no issues find a space. The flat itself was warm, clean, tidy and everything worked.

What a lovely apartment, had everything you could need. Home from home..perfect to sit outside watching the world go by, whilst listening to the sea...we loved it and will certainly go back...didnt want to leave..and the Thai restaurant almost next door and the rock pool cafe both worth a visit...perfect holiday had..

Lovely apartment with everything necessary for self catering couples. Fantastic view from the windows and balcony and we did become used to living in a goldfish bowl. All passer bys comments were positive. Handy restaurants close by. Live entertainment on the Green. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back.

The apartment was perfect for our needs. Just across the road from the fantastic beach & a small number of shops including a co op & Tesco express. It was spotlessly clean & very quiet at night. Private parking is available and there are some really good restaurants within walking distance.

This property is beautiful, location to die for, everything provided in the apartment to make you feel at home . Plenty of places to eat if you don't fancy cooking.
